Pros:

Все просто супер! Починаючи з чистоти і закінчуючи привітністю персоналу готелю. Сучасний дизайн і наявність всього необхідного в номері для комфортного відпочинку. Обов’язково будемо замовляти номер саме в цьому готелі. Дякуємо всім працівникам!

Гарний готель в центрі міста для нетривалого перебування Мінус бали за відсутність безбарʼєрності, безпеку та спілкуванн

Розташування готелю в центрі міста, легко знайти. Тепло, чисто, комфортне ліжко.

Cons:

На сайті не зазначено, що номер розташований в мансарді, куди дістатися можна лише крутими сходам. В номері всі стіни зовнішні, в наш час це небезпечно. Є укриття на мінус першому поверсі, знов же треба спускатися крутими сходами. В номері є чай, кава, чашки, але немає чайника. Мені запропонували зранку підійти до ресторану за окропом (нагадаю це два поверхи крутими сходами). В готелі вимикають світло за міським розкладом. Щось накшталт повербанок, автономного освітлення, еко фло в номерах не передбачено, видали на моє прохання настільну лампу на акумуляторі. Окремо по комунікації з персоналом - Адміністратор почала знайомство з правил перебування, чого не можна робити в приміщенні (вочевидь я схожа на людину, яка їздить по готелям курити та псувати меблі). Здивувало обмеження повернення до 23:00, потім готель зачиняється і робіть що хочете (це не було прохання повернутися до 23:00, це була вимога). За наявності наказу про відрядження, мені порахували туристичний збір, бо заздалегідь підготували всі документи. Смішно сперечатися за 53 грн, але все ж таки. Ніякої компенсації, по типу кави або води за свою помилку не запропонували.

Pros:

Зручне розташування, чисто, чудові сніданки. Приємна ціна.

Cons:

Було відключення світла після 22.00, але це по графіку, персонал готеля на це вплинути не може.

Все сподобалось. Чиста білизна, тихо, чисті ванні кімнати, було приємно провести кілька днів у місті.
Pros:

Дуже комфортна локація, поруч багато хороших закладів де можна смачно поїсти. Близько центр, атмосферно.
