Friendly and clean
Pros:

Staff were really friendly, welcoming and couldn't do more for you. It is a proper old fashioned hotel which we loved.

Cons:

Nothing really. Does have a car park, which is small so it is possible you would need to park elsewhere.

Disappointing stay
Pros:

The property was fab from staff to cleanness

Cons:

I stayed without WiFi no matter how many times I complained at the counter nothing was done,was a disappointing idea to choose the place for I couldn't do anything online related 😞😞😞

L'accueil de tous, propriétaires et personnel. Très bien situé. Décor très sympa dans lequel on a envie de rêver un moment.
Petit déjeuner excellent.

Cons:

Chambre et salle de bain un peu exiguë, mais pour un séjour de 4 jours ....

Gutes Hotel. Personal und Frühstück sind hervor zu heben. Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, wie man es erwarten darf. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam (selten so erlebt). Auf eigene Probleme bei der Anreise wurde angemessen hilfsbereit reagiert. Das Frühstück mit persönlicher Bedienung und einer gewissen Auswahl an Optionen hob sich besonders positiv hervor. Die Rezeption war stets besetzt. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, Saint Helier so gut fußläufig zu erkunden.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist optisch und praktisch in die Jahre gekommen (sehr wackeliger Stuhl, ich habe nicht gewagt mich darauf zu setzen). Dazu sind die Wasserhähne im Waschbecken wie in der Badewanne eine Herausforderung. Dass es dann im Bad plötzlich von der Decke tropft, verwundert vielleicht nicht (das Problem wurde von der Rezeption dann aber schnell gelöst).
