Ideal location for a short stay to go hiking
Pros:

We stayed here for 1 night to base ourselves within walking distance of Pergasingan Hill, it was perfect for that. The staff were lovely and accommodating of our late check in and were very kind to organise our breakfast for after we returned and got ourselves showered.

Cons:

Unfortunately the white bed sheets were stained and the room was filled with hundreds of ants in the bathroom, bedroom and sink. Many of these were already dead so it’s a shame the owners hadn’t done a check before we arrived. As we stayed during the wetter month of February, it was much cooler than usual months, however this also meant the room/property was very damp inside, the pillows, bed and towels were very damp smelling and by the morning so were our bags and clothes inside them. It may be different during higher/warmer seasons but also be aware there is no fan or air con in the property

A mostly comfortable place for a quick overnight stopover in Sembalun
Pros:

Nice view of Mt Rinjani in the morning
Very friendly staff

Cons:

Was a bit too small for us and our large suitcases.
Car park was muddy and unsealed, and not ideal for wheeled suitcases
Bathroom was slightly smelly. Sometimes the toilet didnt flush or took a while for the water to refill before you could flush.

Très bonne nuit avant notre ascension
Pros:

Super accueil, hôte adorable ! La vue sur le volcan Rinjani était magnifique. Très pratique pour passer la nuit avant l’ascension, et on a pu louer un scooter facilement sur place.

Great place with its own strawberry field and the view to the Rinjani
Pros:

Great place with its own strawberry field and an amazing view to the Rinjani. When we woke up, it was sunny and we could enjoy the view to the volcano from our beds. We spent only one night there, but would definitely recommend it. Cozy rooms and tasty breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel
Pros:

I really enjoyed my 2 nights at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and organised scooter rental. The room is very comfortable. Hot water, duvet, kettle with tea & coffee, water, TV. There is a strawberry patch directly in front of the rooms. The included breakfast was enjoyable.

The hotel is walking distance to Indomaret, ATMs and many local restaurants.

I would happily return

Tempat bermalam di Sembalun yang cukup recommended. Kamar bersih dan wangi banget. Sempat skeptis karna lihat beberapa ulasan yang mengomentari tentang kamar mandinya yang kurang bersih/wangi tapi so far bersih dan wangi, thank you Rautani Sembalun. Btw nasi gorengnya enak👍🏻👍🏻 Penjaganya juga ramah sekali. Dan bisa petik strawberry sepuasnya (kalau lagi musim).

Buena relación calidad-precio
Pros:

Tranquilo, limpio y personal amable y colaborador
Nos facilitaron el traslado en coche a Kuta ( en esa zona y ese día imposible conseguir Grab o GOJEK pero nos buscaron un chofer que nos recogió y llevó a Kuta)

Cons:

Hay una mezquita cercana con potentes altavoces que nos despertaban temprano
