отель не соответствует 5 звёздам по завтраку, состоянию душевых в номерах,уровню сервиса,атмосфере гостеприимства,вниманию к гостям. Это хорошие 4 звезды. Цены завышены минимум на 20-%. Номер на двоих был укомплектован халатах и полотенцами на 1 гостя. Розетки под телевизором вываливается из панели.

Безотказный персонал,обслуживание лобби,радужные,вежливые,гостеприимные,любую просьбу стараются выполнить. Это на мой взгляд лучшее место в отеле. В СПА очень приличный балийский массаж,выполняемый балийками. Очень понравилось ,что в рационе завтрака присутствуют сезонные арбузы и дыни,черешня. В лобби варят турецкий кофе, предлагают хорошие десерты.7 июля в зоне ресепшен-лобби появилась девушка в национальном костюме,очень гостеприимная,приветствовала гостей,предлагала им напитки и угощение.

Cons:

1. ответ на мой вопрос занимал у персонала сутки, 2. при заселении не чувствовать,что мне рады,на улице 33 градуса,никто даже не предложил стакан воды,не говоря о чем-то более значимом на велкоме., 3. в номере были непростые чашки, 4. не работал пульт от телевизора, 5. очень грязные окна, 6. во время пользования душем вода попадает на пол санузла,7. плохо регулируется в смесителе подмечено горячей и холодной воды,8. на завтраке всего 1 каша и то молочная, 9. мало блюд национальной кухни,10. не понравился ресторан,невкусно,блюда из серии "горе от ума",неудачная попытка повторить Италию( непонятно только, для чего?),11. приветственное письмо было составлено почему-то на английском языке

Great staff. Really nice PanAsian restaurant on the roof level. Note that they have an extensive selection
More than Asian with for example 3 different types of steak.
The ladies at the desk were great in arranging a private car and English speaking guide for us. He took us around the city ( which is quite small actually) and up into the mountains. Had a great tour in about 4 hours which was just perfect.
