Cons:

Hice una reservación por tres noches cuando llegué al hotel la habían cancelado. luego de pedirle que me ayudaran me consiguieron quedarme por dos noches, la tercera no tenía donde quedarme, les escribía a Uds (booking) y tampoco tuve una respuesta por parte de ustedes. No estoy de acuerdo con la falta del hotel y de ustedes ya que la reservación la realicé a través de su plataforma.

Не понравился обман с видом из окна

Cons:

1. При бронировании номера, на фото был вид на горы. При заселении, на город без гор. Считаю, что это введение в заблуждение. Утверждали, что на фото номер другой категории. Вопрос: зачем в бронировании фото одного номера заменяют другими?

Очень, очень хороший отель! Замечательный персонал!
Отдельно для курящих: замечательная курилка с креслами, диванами, столами. Из бара приносят напитки и еду. Так в курилке можно и провести вечер! Замечательная придумка!
