Das meine Frau die aus Kirgistan kam gefragt wurde was Sie will von der Security als wenn Sie eine Escort Frau wäre obwohl wir zusammen eingecheckt sind und das mir 3 Unterhosen fehlte von der laundry und das man die Temperatur im Zimmer nicht einstellen konnte nur Central

Очень хороший отель, мой любимый. Когда приезжаю в Бишкек, то с удовольствием останавливаюсь здесь.
Pros:

В номере очень чисто. Персонал в ресторане во время завтрака очень и очень внимательный. Портье на входе был внимательным и любезным.

Останавливались третий раз. Нааерное больше не будем.

Внешне выглядит хорошо. Похоже провели миниремонт - заменили сломанную сантехнику с прошлого заезда

Cons:

Каждый раз номера самые дорогие, что были. Качество сервиса оставляет желать лучшего. Очень плохо убирают. Приехали в первый номер. Был не вымыт санузел - унитаз грязный. Полотенца свернуты трубочками, взял вытирать руки, развернул, а оно в соплях и тональном креме. Ужас. Было холодно в номере, включили кондиционер на обогрев, чуть не умерли от запаха сигарет. На кровать прилег - вся прокурена. Вообще во всех номерах периодически тянет сигаретами - не следят за курением в номерах. Переселили в другой номер. Там сигаретами пахло изредка, когда курили видимо в других номерах. Убирали также плохо - оставляю щедрые чаевые уборщицам - даже при этом, оставляя нам комплименты в благодарность - забывают убираться в некоторых помещениях - один туалет убран - другой не до конца - полотенца раскиданы унитаз грязный и тп.
Плохо работала вода - когда я в своем санузле мылся, супруге напора не хватало во втором санузле - мылись по очереди. Холодно в номерах. Кормят в румсервисе плохо - завтрак один ращ принесли видимо что не доели на общем завтраке - хлеб черствый и холодный из холодильника видимо, каша стренной консистенции. Но второй раз вроде норм принесли.
