Поменяйте подушки в первую очередь, на низ не реально спать!!!

Обслуживающий персонал, на ресепшене, в лобби молодцы. Персонал моментально реагирует на просьбы молодцы

Матрас, подушкой, белье старое перестиранное, полотенца такие же. Нет вечерней уборки в номерах,
