kindly staff, good location, attached to shopping mall

Cons:

breakfast needs to be improved. when I left the room in the morning about 9 am, I turned on for cleaning the room, but when I came back to the room about 3 pm, the room was not cleaned and i had to call the reception asking cleaning servic.

Pros:

Отель находится в самом центре города. Совмещен с торговым комплексом в котором есть все торговые бренды. Зона фудкорта. Обменный пункт валюты. Ребята которые встречает на пункте досмотра в отель, большие молодцы, помогают быстро разместиться и помогают решить все вопросы. Ресепшен отеля находятся на пятом этаже. На последнем этаже отеля, а отель это самое высокое здание в Бишкеке, располагается хороший двухэтажный ресторан. С панорамным видом на весь Бишкек. Если повезёт с погоды, то вид изумили на белоснежные шапки окружающих Бишкек гор.

Бало не плохо но могло бы быть лучше за такие деньги которые платят гости.
Pros:

Убирались каждый день, кровать удобная, есть сауна и спорт зал, внизу торговый центр.

Cons:

Сауна открыта всего до 22:00 , парковку найти сложно так как это торговый центр там паркуются все подряд и очень часто надо ждать чтобы освободилось место. В номере полотенца воняют и цвет у них не белый , а грязный . Каждый день получали полотенца с пятнами и очень с неприятным запахом, в номере очень маленький напор воды еле помоешься . Детская кроватка была очень старой и грязной. В Бассейне вода без подогрева. Очень дорого! За такой сервис .
