Excellent property with lovely staff (and animals). Room was clean and spacious and the balcony was a bonus

Bien sauf la salle de bain
Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment gentil, la literie et la Clim sont bien, par contre la salle de bain ainsi que ses équipements sont tous à revoir

la chambre était correcte, la personne qui nous a aidés à porter les valises à l’arrivée et au départ était très gentille, tout comme la femme qui prépare le petit-déjeuner.

À mon arrivée à l’hôtel, on m’a demandé un dépôt de 2 000 bahts, et 1 000 bahts ne m’ont pas été rendus à mon départ. L’établissement affirme qu’on ne m’a demandé que 1 000 bahts et m’a montré uniquement un extrait de vidéo où je donne un billet de 1 000 bahts, sans montrer la vidéo complète où je donne le reste, alors que j’ai des preuves photo.

On m’a fait passer pour un voleur, et la dame à la réception n’a rien voulu entendre et a tout nié. Faites très attention à votre dépôt. Très mauvaise expérience pour moi avec cette situation.

Okay for a few nights, you get what you booked
Pros:

Safe enviroment and luggage pick-up and drop-off from and to Tonsai Pier, closer to everything than it it seems, since its a really small island (15 min walk from the pier), if you dont like that and think its a lot: dont come to Phi Phi, its like that everywhere. Everyone mentioned the noise aswell, I didnt notice that to be so unbearable.

Also if you booked this apartment thinking its nice because its close to Loh Dalum Beach - dont bath there! They are spilling sewage in to the sea. Its not the apartments fault - just tought its worth mentioning, because we did choose based on this reason.

Cons:

The bathroom is however NOT for the weak. Moldy and needs renovation, you cant really ventilate it, because it doesnt have any windows or airways. Shower isnt really a shower as you would know everywhere else. Its just a showerhead and the whole bathroom gets wet but I think its almost everywhere like that in Thailand.

Très gentillement accueilli. Problème d'eau vite réglé. Belle vue sur la baie.

Dommage qu'un night club en plein air, le Zeus, se soit construit en contrebas face à la mer. Nuit bruyante jusqu'à 3 h. Boules quies obligatoires
