I really really didnt like this hotel and i would strongly advice you to stay literally anywhere else than here. The room was not clean and when we woke up on the first night there were bugs everywhere in the bed, it was really gross. Overall the room just really wasn't clean, but it wasnt the most expensive hotel so we didnt want to be to strict about that, but when i woke up in a bed covered in little insects and we went to tell the owner, I was shocked by her reaction. I really don't think this woman should work in hospitality. She accused us of bringing the bugs to the hotel, she raised her voice at us and she was so rude and mean, it was insane. She made a guy strip down the bed and demanded that we showed the bugs inside the mattress too and said we can only checkout early if we showed her bugs in the matrass too. I dont care if theyre in the matrass, i woke up in a bed filled with insects, they were walking over my phone, over me, over the sheets, it was disgusting. Afterwards they found that the insects didnt come from us and weren't bed bugs just different insects and she literally laughed in our face pretending we were being dramatic because they weren't bedbugs. But no one would be happy to wake up in a bed filled with insects, wheter they are bedbugs or not. We tried so hard to checkout a few days earlier but she really wouldn't let us. Every night we only slept for about 2 or 3 hours because of the loud music and the airconditioning not working properly, it was either freezing or really hot in the room. We didnt even get a blanket, only a duvet cover, if i turned on the AC i was honestly shivering even though i wore joggers and a hoodie, and if we turned it off it was too hot to sleep.
All we wanted was to check out earlier as this stay was a disaster, but she really wouldnt let us without having to pay for the remaining nights.
I really hope people read this and decide not to stay here.

Bathroom didn't have windows or an exhaust fan so the smell kept in the bedroom for some time after you do what you have to do there.
Beds (mattress) are pretty hard.
The owner tried to be gentle but almost the time she was rude and denied simple requests as extra sheets.
The towel weren't change even if we asked for it.

Eigentlich gab es da nichts. Klar gibt es, wie üblich in Thailand, immer mal ein jlein wenig zu bemängeln, aber ich kann das Hotel durchaus empfehlen.

The place was okay but the staff were not very welcoming.
There was a time the power went off and we were boiling hot, no water in the shower or no alternative electricity.
We had to spend 4 hours without any shower or AC or Fan.
One of the window fly net fell off and hit my leg, left bruised my toe, maintenance required in the room.

The towels smels bad. You can't use it because the smell remains on your hands.

Some improvements are needed:
1. My room did not have a wardrobe to put my clothes into, so I had to scatter them all over the room.
2. A small part of toilet seat was broken, some parts stained (looks bad)
3. Bathroom tap almost had no pressure, so it was always challenging to use it properly.

My suggestion to the owner: To fix all these things - it's pretty cheap, and it will surely improve your Booking Reviews even more :)

Les produits de toilette c’était vraiment le minimum

- Unser Balkon war eine offene Fläche unter dem Stiegenhaus mit Blick auf die Wassertanks, die laute Pumpsysteme hatten. Kaum Möglichkeit Hand-/Strandtücher aufzuhängen, ein Wäscheständer wäre toll. Die Balkonmöbel unbequem, eine Hängematte wäre schön gewesen.

- Wasserkocher und Tassen im Zimmer, allerdings kein Kaffee (kann man beim Frühstück holen, hilft aber nix, wenn man später als 10h ankommt)

- Frühstück zweckmäßig, aber zumindest inkludiert

- Bett recht hart (Geschmackssache)

- Zimmerreinigung mittelprächtig; Handtücher hatten Flecken und Löcher, das Bad wurde nie gereinigt

Don’t choose this place if you are a light sleeper. We haven’t slept until 4am all the nights coz of the terrible noise from the beach clubs. Better choose another side of the island. So no questions to a place, but the noise ruins everything.
