Pros:

Appartamentino monolocale al quarto piano vista mare laterale e vista su Las Americas con il sole da mattina al pomeriggio! Tutto nuovo colore legno bianco molto carino ! Ceck in e ceck out in automia non ho mai visto l'host ma non abbiamo mai avuto problemi quindi non è stato necessario ! È situato nel Apart hotel Ponderosa che è controllato giorno e notte All ingresso ! Ci sono due piscine non affollate anche queste con il sole tutto il giorno ! L'ho adorato ! Supermercati a buon prezzo vicino coviran e stazione degli autobus dietro ! Di giorno e notte silenzio da parte altri ospiti ! Tutto perfetto

Cons:

Il gatto dei vicini residenti che veniva nel mio terrazzino girava sul parapetto si faceva tutti gli appartementi ! All'inizio avevo paura che finisse di sotto

Pros:

Amplasarea apartamentului este buna. Aproape de plaja, aproape de Siam Park, langa statia de autobuze Costa Adeje, magazine si restaurante in apropiere.

Cons:

Apartamentul nu este intretinut corespunzator este invechit, necesita reparatii. Usa de la intrare avea clanta rupta, Diasupra patului este montat improvizat un ventilator pe care daca il pornesti iti este teama ca iti cade in cap! Instalatia electrica a acestuia este improvizata cu cablurile de legatura vizibile si pericol de electocutare. Intr-o seara am ramas fara electicitate, am sunat proprietarul care a rezolvat temporar problema.
Camera este aglomerata de o multime de dulapuri si 3 (trei) frigidere. Unul nu era functionabil!
WIFI nu exista desi este in descrierea de oferta!
Concluzia este ca nu recomand acest apartament!

buona posizione
servizi dichiarati funzionano
balcone ampio con stendino e mollette, scopa e paletta e secchio per pulire a terra
biancheria e lenzuola pulite

Cons:

no wi-fi
accoglienza non cordiale
posto macchina non assegnato (se è pieno il parcheggio bisogna parcheggiare fuori)
insetti nell’ armadio
cassetti e alcune zone di mobili non puliti e impolverati
cuscini scomodi
poco assortimento di disinfettanti per pulire casa
