Pros:

Nothing...maybe the fact that they let me check in at 02:30 am.....

Cons:

Inspite of staying at several 5 star properties across India no hotel front desk employee called me repeatedly to confirm my check out time nor did anyone send anyone to physically come to my room and confirm my check out time.... by the way I had checked out at 11:45-11:50 am...rooms were basic ,,washroom flush wasn't working properly....
