Place was excellent. Host Susan was very kind and accompdating. Tried to fix problems on the place.
Pros:

Walking distance to the mall, dentist, massage and facial clinics. Clean place. Lots of towels, bed sheets and pillows.

Cons:

Roaches. Promised parking area but was not available. No hot water.

Exceptional
Pros:

One of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at so far! The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The room was spotless and smelled great, with everything we needed provided. Plus, It's conveniently located right in front of SM Megamall entrance. Definitely worth the price. I’d love to stay here again!

Excellent location
Pros:

The host is very responsive and helpful. The location is excellent. It's literally opposite SM Megamall and also very easy to get into EDSA, the main highway. The room fits 4 people comfortably. They provide towels and linen. There's enough space for 3 check-in luggage and 4 carry-on. Good to find a big gallon of drinking water that I think you can bring downstairs or message the vendor and have a refill delivered to the room. Unfortunately, we did not have time to check out the pool. We were able to have laundry done downstairs for a good price. We will stay here again in our next visit.
