Pros:

Fijn en luxe verblijf, ruime en schone kamers. Lief personeel wat alles voor je doet. De eigenaar bracht ons om 4.45u naar de Pidurangala rock voor een hike. Eten was hier ruim en heerlijk!

Cons:

De locatie klopte niet waardoor we een half uur omgereden zijn. Het is met de TukTuk wel 25 minuten naar centrum van Sigiriya rijden.

Amazing hospitality in the cultural triangle
Pros:

Loved our 4-night stay at Tropicara! The family running the hotel are kind and the service is exceptional. The facilities are impeccably clean, our room was huge and very comfortable. The highlight for us was the food. We had Sri Lankan breakfast and dinner at the property every day, and every time it was different and delicious. The chef takes absolute pride in his cooking and always had a little surprise with every dish. We also thoroughly enjoyed the pool to cool off.

Cons:

Be mindful that the location is slightly outside the nearby towns, which also makes the property quiet and peaceful. Would suggest to the hotel to add some cushions to the sun loungers by the pool.

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel. Bon petit déjeuner

L’hôtel est en bord de route , les chambres sont basiques et sans charme particulier.

Pros:

The food was lovely..would recommend the included dinner bed and breakfast package. Food portions are generous and tasty with plenty of variety too. Would highly recommend having the sri lankan breakfast which does need to be pre booked.

Staff were excellent and very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Air con was a bit tricky to keep at a constant temperature but this would not put us off.

Pros:

Nous avons tout aimé dans cet hôtel, nous mettons rarement d’avis mais la gentillesse du personnel vaut bien cela !

Le personnel nous fait nous sentir comme des rois, toujours au petit soin. Pour vous dire, un matin, nous ne trouvions pas de taxi et le propriétaire nous a même proposé de nous déposer !

La nourriture est excellente avec une excellent rapport qualité prix. Merci au chef cuisinier.

Petit havre de paix : allez y les yeux fermés !

Cons:

L’établissement est un petit peu excentré, pas beaucoup de resto à côté, mais cela n’est pas grave car la nourriture est excellente.

Comfortable hotel, great location
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and lovely garden with pool. The home cooking was delicious. Hosts very professional and friendly.

Cons:

Nothing to be unhappy about, I wish we had more time there.

Nos acompañaron a coger el bus para irnos
La comida la preparan al momento por encargo raciones abundantes y buena comida
Es una familia q acoge muy bien a los clientes

Te gestionan transporte tuk tuk moto

Cons:

Si buscas estar cerca del pueblo está un pelo alejado pero estás en zona tranquila y se consigue tuk tuk para ir a donde quieres

המקום מנוהל על ידי משפחה מקסימה. דאגו לי לכל בקשה. המליצו על שירותים נהדרים - ספארי פילים שראיתי בו עדרי פילים ממרחק 2 מטרים. ספא אירוודה אוטנטי, ואפילו מניקור פדיקור מוצלח. דאגו לי להסעות לכל מקום, שירותי כביסה בישלו אוכל פנטסטי (אני לא אוכלת גלוטן סוכר והם בישלו לי בדיוק מה שביקשתי) והכל במחירים מאוד זולים. החדר גדול נקי המזגן טוב המים חמים והאינטרנט תקין. בריכה חמודה ומעל הכל הרגשה ביתית לבבית וחמה.

Sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Die gesamte Anlage sowie der Pool waren sehr gepflegt und sauber. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, ebenfalls sehr sauber und wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt.

Die Besitzer sind unglaublich nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir haben sowohl dort gefrühstückt als auch zu Abend gegessen – beides war sehr lecker und absolut empfehlenswert.

Besonders positiv fanden wir auch, dass die Anlage über Nacht abgeschlossen wird, wodurch wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt haben. Wenn man allerdings sehr früh zum Sonnenaufgang los möchte, sollte man kurz Bescheid geben, damit einem rechtzeitig aufgeschlossen wird.

Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft, die wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen können!
