Kommunikationschwierigkeiten bei den Touren die wir über die Unterkunft gebucht haben.

Besonders gut fanden wir das Rice and Curry, im Nachhinein das beste Essen das wir in Sri Lanka bekommen haben.
Die Safari, die für uns organisiert wurde, war spitze. Sehr sauber, sehr schöner Pool, sehr nette Leute.
Besonders gut für Gäste, die Kontakt zu den locals schätzen, denn wir wurden sehr umsorgt.
Für uns für zwei Nächte perfekt.

Central location. Welcoming and friendly!
Pros:

We chose Tropicara Resort because the location was quite central to the attractions in the region and also because it has a pool (which was clean, well maintained and most welcome after some hot days of hiking). The staff are all very friendly and accommodating and will attend to whatever you need! They create a nice welcoming vibe at breakfast and dinner.

la piscine et la situation géographique, manque de transat et manque de confort sur ceux-ci

Die lage, der schöne Pool, das nette Personal, generell ein mega schöner aufenthalt

Cons:

Maximal was man sagen könnte, ist dass es nicht direkt in der stadt war, aber das ist bei der ausstattung und ruhe in der Gegend kein problem

Pros:

As I booked this for my makeup artist, I don't have direct experience of the facilities. However, I understand that that facilities were decent and clean.

Cons:

There was a staff member who was rude to the makeup artist (I booked on her behalf). She had to leave at 5.45 am to do my hair and makeup for the wedding. However the staff had not allowed her to leave and had apparently been rude to her as the amount was not paid. I didn't realise that the payment is not been taken for my card. I think it would have best resolved if they called me. In the end we called the hotel and I paid the amount later that day after my wedding ceremony was over. It was unnecessary stress on my wedding day. Furthermore, this staff member was reportedly drunk when the makeup artist arrived for check in and he had made some uncalled for remarks.

Cuatro días estupendos
Pros:

Estuvimos 4 días en este alojamiento y nos han tratado súper bien. Han sido muy amables y atentos. Rajitha se ha preocupado mucho por nosotros y por mejorar nuestra estancia. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

This is hidden gem. Me and my extended family stayed here for 2 nights and looked after very well by manager Mr Ramacha
Pros:

Spacious rooms and very friendly staff. We had Breakfast and Lunch and it was excellent. They cater for your needs and can cook anything you request.

Je reviendrai sans hésiter
Pros:

L’ensemble du personnel est le propriétaire sont très sympathiques et aux petits soins pour les clients.
Les chambres sont très propres et très bien équipées. La piscine est impeccable, il y a un entretien régulier de tous les espaces. le responsable est à l’écoute de nos besoins. Il nous a trouvé un pressing, et nous a même organisé le Safari en ayant un très bon prix pour la Jeep. Il nous a également aidé pour nos démarches auprès de l’aéroport qui a perdu nos valises, il y a juste à côté un restaurant exceptionnel avec un couple très gentil et des prix très abordables. Si vous n’avez pas de chauffeur Il y a des tuktuk Si vous souhaitez vous rendre à la ville la plus proche car l’hôtel est effectivement un petit peu éloigné.

Ne recommande pas cet hôtel hormis pour le personnel.
Pros:

Le personnel été très sympathique et très respectueux, la proximité de la route principale desservant les lieux touristiques les plus proches.

Cons:

- La tenue du jardin et de la piscine avec seulement deux bains de soleil en très mauvais état pour 8 chambres mais surtout les monts de déchets présent au abord du restaurant ce qui fait très négligé
- Le petit déjeuner qui ne présente pas la qualité des autres hôtels du Sri Lanka loin de la
- Une chambre manquant d’équipement sommaire tel que sèche cheveux, bouteille d’eau de bienvenue ect…
- Le propriétaire brûle des déchets juste derrière les chambres avec des fumées abondantes qui entre dans les chambres !

Pour terminer, l’obligation de régler en espèce alors que sur Booking il est indiqué qu’un règlement en carte bancaire est possible.

Personnellement nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel hormis pour le personnel qui est très agréable.

Muy buena estancia
Pros:

El manager del hotel es muy facilitador. Se celebró la final del mundo cuando nos hospedamos allí; y al retransmitirse tarde por la noche, volvimos tarde al hotel, estuvo atento para abrirnos la puerta y no nos puso ningún problema.
Todo el personal del hotel son encantadores, el desayuno está muy rico y la habitación es amplia y cómoda.

Cons:

Quizás renovar un poco el baño.

Das Personal war super freundlich. Wir konnten alle Ausflüge easy über das Hotel buchen. Jeden Abend genossen wir ein sehr feines Essen im Hotel.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir Ameisen im Badezimmer.
