Un peu déçu
Pros:

Cadre magnifique et bien entretenu.
petits dejeuners excellents.

Cons:

3 nuits passés là bas.
1 la chambre n etait pas prete et une seule serviette pour 2. Les deux autres jours en rentrant de notre journée les chambres n etaient pas prêtes. Il a fallu reclamé c est moyen tout de même.

A very pleasant place to stay in Sigiriya!
Pros:

The hotel is set in beautiful, green surroundings — perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The staff were absolutely lovely, always smiling and ready to help — especially Kushna, who was truly wonderful and made our stay even better.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit dated and could use some refreshing. Most importantly, improving the cleanliness would make a huge difference.

That said, the price was very reasonable, so overall it felt fair for what we paid.

Lovely lush surroundings, spacious room with air conditioning and two great pools. Staff were excellent, always available, always looking to help and available to book tours and transfers through.

Fijn verblijf!
Pros:

Het personeel, zo ontzettend gastvrij, behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
Het complex is geheel omhekt, het zwembad verhoogd wat heel prettig is met kleine kinderen.
De schommel en ook de trampoline zijn goed onderhouden en een groot succes

prima kamers, de douche is goed heet.

Brud,pleśń i grzyb w pokoju. Jak przyjechaliśmy nasza pościel była ułożona jak nowa,ale była już używana.Były na niej ślady świeżej krwi i włosy!obrzydliwe! Do tego bardzo brudne ściany i dywanik przed łóżkiem.W basenie nie widać nawet swoich stóp,woda jest tak siwa.W miejscu gdzie odbywają się śniadania brudne stoły,podkładki do jedzenia. Nie polecam nikomu tego miejsca.

We traveled with a driver and we didn’t have any trouble.

The staff were all friendly.

Pros:

Felix and the rest of the staff at Teprass were very attentive and they made sure that we fitted as much in to the visit as possible. The location is good as we reached the two significant sites of Dumballa Caves and Lion Rock in Sigiriya by the hotel tuck tucks which was a real bonus. The hotel itself is small, comfortable and the food from the restaurant was far superior than anything locally.

It is full of charm, excellent facilities and the nicest staff - Felix the general manager is simply the most helpful and proactive manager I’ve ever come across. There’s nothing he can’t sort out, and he’s made our trip so memorable - he’s even helping us after we’ve left!

Een hele fijne plek om de omgeving te ontdekken.
Pros:

Het was echt een hele fijne plek!! Rustig, weinig huisjes, lief personeel, een schommel en trampoline en groot zwembad. Ondanks de minpunten was het echt fijn. We zijn er vier nachten geweest en vanuit hier allemaal uitstapjes gemaakt.

Cons:

Wij zaten in de familiekamer, deze voelde wat oud door de vloerbedekking op de vloer.
Daarnaast zijn er veel muggen, we misten echt klamboes. Ook al hielden we de deuren dicht, we zijn goed gebeten.
Het zwembad is niet verwarmd (is vaker zo in Sri Lanka) maar in dec was het best fris.

Nepaisant malonaus ir paslaugaus personalo, visa kita nebuvo gerai.

Cons:

Nuotraukose viskas atrodo geriau nei realybėje. Lubos kaip popierinės, nuo 6 val. ryto klykiantys vaikai, besidaužantys kaimynai ar garsiai veikiantis TV - labai blogai. Restorano zonoje smirdėjo automobilių tepalu, maistas buvo labai prastas.
