The background outside the resort was great for taking pictures.
The wifi signal was weak, so I experienced disconnection while watching Netflix. The shower room also needs to be improved to be more modern. There were ants, so it seems that a pre-inspection is needed before the guests arrive. I was surprised when a resort staff member came to the breakfast room service and knocked on the door. It would be polite to install an intercom in the resort and notify the guests of the room service in advance. Since there is no intercom in the resort, I was frustrated because I couldn't ask about inconvenient things like the wifi password right away. I hope that these opinions of mine will be reflected well and the resort will become a better place.

The sea view from the room. Air Con worked in the room. Staff were friendly and were maybe doing their best.
Room was grotty. Bathroom lock on the door did not lock properly. Bed sheets though changed for clean everyday were stained. The food was terrible, all fried and very greasy. If you like a cold shower, all good for you. The pool though we did use, was a little dirty, dead insects, twigs and leaves floating around in it. Public transport is non existant, you need a car. I cannot believe this is a 4 star hotel. I have paid less and stayed in much better accommodation. In reality the hotel is nothing like the pictures on booking.com. I feel like I was conned.

Playground for children not much and room clenliness minor
Hot water, swimming pool, beds, aircon, hospitality, ease of access to nearby restaurant and beaches, room with great balcony with ocean view. Lobby was beautiful.

Nice place, clean and comfort, nice food also even quite long to have it. Clean area(pool, garden also the beach)..staff is very very very friendly and helpful, Best sunset spot!!!! will be comeback again for sure
The location is phenomenal and the outdoor facilities were great! The staff were awesome and couldn't have been more kind or helpful!
The rooms definitely need remodeling. The bathroom was especially bad in that the shower barely worked and the door didn't close. The room was also very musty when we arrived and there was no topsheet for the bed.
Our breakfast was fried rice and fried noodles, with omelette and chicken. We also got banana fritters and sweet tea.
Our room overlooking the swimming pool was great for enjoying the scenery. Kids love playing in the pool with the plastic canoe, playing with sand, and catching animals such as hermit crabs and shells.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
There is no information regarding the swimming pool's depth, so you must ask the staff.
