Great place in Pahalgam, tucked away from the main road with beautiful gardens.
It's a bit tricky to find, the Google Pin is not correct.
The staff is very friendly. The property is worth spending .
The room they provided which I specifically asked fot a better view they provided me and they got caring staffs who is ready to help anytime. And, value for money that's for sure.
When it is rain pouring the roof were leaking for minutes and staffs were also rectified as soon as possible.

Staff and the Cook ! Faisal, Zakir, are very prompt in responding.
[1] Entrance of the property is in a lane and not easy to find.
[2] Dining area is in an out-house next to the kitchen.
[3] The building shown on the website is not the one in which rooms were allotted. This new building has excellent rooms but it is still under construction/renovation. These rooms should not be rented out till the construction activities are completed.

The quality of the room was extremly poor - e.g. the ceiling was reinforced with a tape.

There is no room service before 8 AM. Imagine if you want Tea at 7 AM. There is nobody at desk before 8 AM.
