The apartment is newly renovated and comfortable. It is clean and has two bedrooms, meaning that it can easily accomodate a family of four. We liked how conveniently located it is, close to the metro station where you can take a fast metro to the city center.
The apartment had such great potential, however the aspect that negatively affected the stay was the smell of gas in the kitchen/living room area. The first day we came, it was very strong so we opened the balcony door. This lowered the overall intensity of the smell, however it got cold quite quickly, making what was supposed to be a cozy living room space rather uncomfortable. We informed the owner about the issue, but it was not solved in the duration of our stay.
Additionally, the digital lock on the front door does not function properly, so it took a while for us to figure out how to lock it. The owner was not helpful in figuring this out as they were not aware of this issue in the first place. They gave us suggestions om how we could try locking it, but none of them worked. We ended up working to figure it out by ourselves.
Property is very beautiful.
The flat was very nice, spacious and clean - much described on the booking. The location is great, just a 10 minute walk to Ealing broadway which takes you straight into the city.

El baño tenía las luces quemadas por lo que no funcionaban demoraron 3 días para venir a cambiarlas y durante esos días tuvimos que usar el baño con la puerta abierta usando la luz de la cocina, lo que era muy incómodo para un departamento tan pequeño.
La ducha no tenía separación con el WC, parecia un baño para personas en sillas de ruedas que no era nuestro caso. Por lo que era muy incómodo ducharse pues todo el agua se salía hasta fuera del baño.
El departamento está en el último piso. La escalera es sumamente estrecha e incómoda para subir con maletas.
Otro tema muy desagradable es la confusión de la persona que renta la propiedad. Debido a mi reclamo por las luces del baño, me envió hasta 4 mensajes diferentes en un mismo día, primero diciendo que ese mismo día las cambiaría la "housekeeper", luego que ya no las cambiaría porque se le había pasado el tiempo, luego que podía usar cualquiera de los otros departamentos de esa misma propiedad, despues que use exclusivamente el departamento 7 por una noche, luego que ya no vaya a ningun otro departamento y que regrese al mío, despues que podía mandar a las 9pm a alguien para que cambie las bombillas del baño....en fin....una cantidad de mensajes indescriptibles e incómodos, que solo generaban confusión. Creo que esta persona no está preparada para atender incidentes en la propiedad que renta.
The flat was light and airy, with easy access to the Tube. We appreciated the good facilities, including a dishwasher and washing machine. Although it was a little warm, the provided pedestal fans made it much more comfortable.
The check-in process was a bit unusual, as we had to email a copy of our ID and use a link outside of Booking.com to make payment. We also had a cleanliness issue with one of our towels, which had insect eggs on it., We received an apology and a clean replacement towel overnight.
The apartment was well-maintained and clean, and the location was great. The only issue was that the bathroom had a drainage problem, which caused water to flood the entire floor. Other than that, it was perfect, and if it weren’t for the bathroom issue, I would have given it an excellent rating.

Accommodation is less than a 10 minute walk from Ealing Broadway station. This is convenient for flying into Heathrow and taking the Elizabeth Line direct. It is also great for direct trains into London. The contactless check-in experience was very easy. Details were emailed to send ID and payment and access codes for the property.
The AC would not work no matter what I tried. There were two portable fans on the property but they weren't much use for the Summer weather, plus they were exceptionally noisy.
Excellent location, very modern and easy to access with super clear instructions. Just a short walk from the tube which is ideal.
No freezer in the apartment. It was also quite noisy in the building, we kept thinking someone was trying to get into our apartment as a result. Could do with more cutlery and glasses too.
Siisti ja remontoitu asunto. Meidän asunto sijaitsi alimmassa kerroksessa. Asunto oli tilava. Mukava yllätys oli, että asunnossa oli kaksi kylpyhuonetta. Makuuhuoneissa oli paljon kaappitilaa. Toisesta huoneesta puuttui vaatetanko kaapista. Sitä ei oltu vielä asennettu. Asuinalue oli rauhallinen ja hiljainen. Lyhyt, 10 min. kävelymatka kauppaan, ravintoloihin ja kahviloihin. Asema oli lähellä ja junalla oli helppo kulkea keskustaan. Sisäänkirjautumien sujui hyvin. Saimme koodit millä pääsi sisään. Yövyimme neljä yötä.

The shower spills all over the bathroom floor. It doesn’t drain fast enough so there’s water around & under the toilet and over to the sink

Better communication when there was a power cut which was clearly related to an issue at the property. Some issues with adjusting air con. Minor quibbles only. Would stay again.
