I had a wonderful stay at Phoenix Homestay in Varkala 🌴, where I spent one night and a day. The experience was truly pleasant and memorable 😊. Azru, the owner and guide, was incredibly kind, helpful, and trustworthy—he delivered exactly what was promised in the property’s description 🤝.
The homestay is also very budget-friendly 💸, which makes it an even better choice for travelers. The property itself was very clean and well-maintained 🧼✨. Special mention to the chechi who ensured everything was kept neat and tidy throughout my stay 🙏. One of my favorite spots was the lounge at the top of the property—it was so peaceful and perfect for relaxing 🌿🌅.
Another highlight was the nearby Mamachi’s breakfast counter 🍽️, where I had a homely and mouthwatering breakfast 😋. I tried steam cake with fish curry, and it was absolutely authentic and delicious 🐟🥥.
I genuinely loved staying here ❤️, and whenever I visit Varkala again, I will definitely choose Phoenix Homestay 🏡. I would also happily recommend this place to my friends and family 👨👩👧👦.

The homestay looks new, it is well maintained, nice and clean, there is a spacious, shared living room with a dining table, access to the kitchen and fridge. We could park the car in the front yard. Our room was about 4 by 4 metres, hot water came instantly, the shower worked properly, the fan had 4 positions, the sheets were spotlessly clean.

We heard few noises during the night stay. Like someone crying loudly for help. A bad vibe and was very negative
The room was clean and well kept. The host made sure we had a great stay, he was friendly and attentive and helped us with whatever we needed during our stay.
