Pros:

Location and staff attitude. We reached early and were allowed to check in. We requested a late check out and were allowed with 50% room fees which was great. The staff are very respectful and responsive. The room was big with a balcony. They have wifi.

Cons:

The staff, despite us reminding them repeatedly, did not fix the fan. The room had 2 fans and only one was working. The place doesn't have power backup. The place doesn't have any restaurants nearby, but zomato and blinkit/Instamart delivery is there. Water pressure is very low. The room ceilings were full of cobwebs and the floor was full of ants. No tv.

Pros:

良い意味で、スタッフとの関わりがあまりなかった。アパートの1室を借りた様な感じだった。

Cons:

泊まった部屋は隣の部屋と扉1枚で繋がっていた為、隣の話し声は丸聞こえだった。
