Отель находитс в очень удобном месторасположении, рядом есть берег, морской базар, много кафе и ресторанов.

Cons:

Очень тесно, мало места, коридор переходит в комнату, унитаз почти рядом с душем - что можно мыться сидя на унитазе😂 нет даже утюга чтобы погладить вещи, уже не говорю про другие удобства типа микроволновки, стиральной машины и т.д

It is the ideal spot if you want to be in the heart of the action with everything you need right at your doorstep.

​The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service, particularly on my final night. I ran into an unexpected issue, and the receptionist, Baek Min Kyung, went above and beyond to assist me. Thanks to her professional and efficient help, I was able to resolve the problem in no time. Her kindness and quick thinking turned a stressful moment into a positive experience, and I am very grateful for her support.

The hotel could better manage their air conditioning setting in tune with the weather.
Pros:

The location is close to food street and shopping area.

Cons:

The room is cramped and dated. The air conditioning was not switched when the weather was 20C and sunny in April. Instead they said they only turned on the heater. We were given a fan instead and it was uncomfortable to sleep in such hot room.

1. Заказывала номер на троих с завтраками. Выяснилось, что завтрака только два. Пришлось доплачивать по приезду.
2. Отказали в позднем выезде (хотели продлить до 16.00). Номера были точно, я смотрела на сайте. Пришлось оплачивать дополнительно сутки.
3. Очень долго пересчитывали сумму на рецепшене, около 30 минут нас держали перед заселением.
4. Розовые тапки оказались изношенными грязными из чёрного дермантина. Даже в руки было брезгливо и страшно брать. Правда, после обращения с просьбой заменить, принесли новые.
5. На входе в здание и в ресторане стойкий запах рыбы.
6. Из автомата кофе вылилась просто жидкость светло-коричнего цвета. Еда не вкусная: кимчи кислое, сосиски и сыр искусственные...Съесть на завтрак удалось только варёное яйцо.
7. В номере только шампунь, бальзам и гель для душа. Зубная щека и паста за дополнительную плату. Ни крема, ни шапочки для душа, ни ушных палочек, ни ватных дисков. В первый раз столкнулась с этим в корейском отеле.
8. Нет шторки в душе. Вода повсюду.
9. Номер маленький. Перебрать чемодан можно было только на кровати.

A friendly staff Smith catered to our needs promptly when the hot water heater didn’t work and the room air conditioning was too hot. Basic bathroom and clean.
