危機管理対応が何もない。

夜中に女性の誰か助けてー！誰か助けてー！誰か助けてー！男性の怒鳴り声、女性の叩かないでと泣いてる声、フロントに電話する、寝ぼけた外国人が確認しないで、大丈夫だと思いますと言う。確認しないの？と言いと、寝ぼけた声で、はいはいとやる気ない2度返事。怒鳴ってた男性、入れてーとガチャガチャ（うるさい！）。ここで警察呼ぶべき、女性は怖くて入れたくなかったんだと思った。私もバカだが大丈夫ですか?と声かけた。男性がお前に関係ねーだろ引っ込んでろ！ババーはねてろ！と顔を近づけて脅される。それでもフロントの外国人、やめて下さい２人ともと言いう。２人？私、怒鳴られていたって冷静。ババー名前、住所、電話番号いえー！と脅される。向かい隣の男性も、おい！カス！テメーは引っ込んでろ！と顔を近づけて脅される。それでもフロント外国人やめてだけ。やっと助けてと叫んでた女性が警察を呼んでと言ったおかげで警察が５人ぐらいきました。翌日、フロントの外国人、ご迷惑おかけしましたも対応が遅れてすみませんもない。こんなホテル初めて。

ツイン利用で広さが充分ありました。

It was a comfortable, peaceful stay with excellent service and a memorable overall experience.
Pros:

I traveled with my family to Kawaguchiko for the first time. The hotel was located a bit far from the main area, however, this did not affect us because the hotel provided a shuttle bus service. The stay was very comfortable. The room was good, very quiet, and peaceful. Overall, I had a very good experience.

価格が安いので我慢する事もあるホテル
Pros:

リピートした今回は富士山が観える部屋でした。お正月なのに安く宿泊できました。

Cons:

部屋からタオルを持参しない大浴場にいた中華系の方が私が持ち込んだバスタオルを持って行こうとしたので、自室にタオルがある事を伝え注意しなければならず安心して入浴出来なかったです。タオルを浴室に設置されたほうが良いのでは？もしくはスタッフが１５分おきに様子を見に来られたらいかがかと。外国人が多いから仕方ないのでしょうが浴室の脱衣所の床が水びたしでした。床が清掃出来るモップがあれば靴下が濡れずに済みます。冬だけど森の中のホテルなのでクモなどの虫がでます。お酒を飲んだ後の紙コップの中に朝見ると小さな薄茶色の蟻が20匹ほどいました。
