Great location
Shuttle bus to 47 was great

Good location to ski resort and also each set of little villages - Happo, echoland, etc
Indoor shoes all too small for most male western men with feet over size 9.
WiFi - patchy
All social areas closed by 6:30pm except Onsen.
Breakfast cold as poorly heated - need microwave available and also not start to clear items away by 8am when breakfast till 8:30pm - ie waffle machine and mixture.
Needs drying room for ski clothes, rather than in own bedrooms
Onsen needs 1 of 3 pools to be cold pool, don’t need 3 hot pools all the same temp.
The location was very good. It is close to Happo Village and also close to Echoland. This means you can easily walk to both for evening meals etc. The ski shuttle bus for 47 starts its journey outside the hotel which is very convenient as the best snow was at that resort during our stay.
Advice on where to rent equipment could have been better. The hotel does have its own equipment and we were advised to go elsewhere. I am actually not sure why this was. Unfortunately the service at the place we were recommended was poor and the equipment fitting was defective. We were also led to believe the hotel provided evening meals but this turned out not to be the case.
Location was excellent,staff very attentive,hotel was spotless.
Onsen was relaxing after a day on the slopes.

Onsen was great, super close to Happo One base and the hotel was well maintained. Appreciated the lift to and from the local bus terminal.
The wifi situation (you have to do a quick login each time you wanted to use it) was a bit annoying for my partner but only because he needed to work.

Honestly I would not consider it a 3 star hotel. SUPER expensive for what it is.
Das einzigste was Sterne entsprechend war, war das Frühstück.
Fehrnseher konnte in 6 Tagen nicht in Betrieb genommen werden, etliche Spinnpuppen an der Zimmerdecke, Uhralte Einrichtung, keine WC ( Ca. 50 Jahre alt ) wie in Japan üblich, alte Sofas mit Tagesdecken abgedeckt damit mann das schmuddelige nicht erkennen soll.
