Pros:

Near to Aluva Railway Station and Metro station is at a walkable distance.
Rooms were very clean.
Staffs were good in communication and also quick to resolve any of our queries. Very supportive in general.
I had a one night stay as an interim stop in my journey.
Worth the money i spent.

Excellent choice in europeanish standards
Pros:

Extremely clean, the whole room smelled disinfectant and you could feel how fresh the sheets were. More than friendly reception and very helpful personnel. They supported us with all our requests for late check in, transportation even for breakfast. The room was bigger than its actual size due to proper architecture. Everything is new and functional, AC, WC, amenities, all plugs working.

Cons:

Not very soundproof. If you have loud or noisy neighbours you might need earplugs;)
