Awful WiFi Range
Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

The WiFi was awful. Staff member checks range on phone test and could see it being very weak. Being disabled I had to change rooms which I found stressful on top of that trying to liaise with my staff wifi awful wifi as location wasn’t great for normal phone signal

The staff luckily for you make it as the interior needs some attention. Compared to other Novotel I have stayed , Brentf
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.
The staff make the hotel as it’s in need of a real makeover, a real credit to the company.

Cons:

The first room that was given to us was not up to standard.
Stained carpets, bits everywhere and stains on the pullout for my daughter. Not acceptable.

Great hotel for what I needed
Pros:

Easily accessible by car, close to motorway, parking, comfy bed, clean bathroom and friendly staff. I also had a nice bar snack - I felt comfortable travelling alone.

Cons:

The stained carpets. I also swapped rooms because of a noisy toilet cistern. The bin hadn’t been emptied in my room from the previous occupant.

Amazing staff, perfect location
Pros:

Staff from the night manager to the bar staff and those on reception were exceptional. Welcoming and friendly and chatty. I stay in hotels weekly, and they were great.

Cons:

Little worn and tired in places.

Great location, but the cleanliness of the room seriously let the stay down.

It was filthy. Hotel room was filthy, dusty, hair which was not ours everywhere, drains smelt in the bathrooms, mould around the windows seals.

Pros:

Perfect in every way beautiful room exceptionally clean. Amazing value for money especially as breakfast was included and huge choice for breakfast. I would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel but needs a bit of updating
Pros:

Very clean room, bar staff very pleasant, Lovely breakfast.

Cons:

Carpets need changing as very grubby looking, had baby with us and didn’t want to let him crawl about on them also some areas could do with decorating.
