Not a great night sleep bit of a let down this time
Pros:

Location and breakfast ,staff member at breakfast was lovely

Cons:

Felt that reception staff was not welcoming , didn't feel we were listened too . Room toilet wall was dirty and toilet didn't flush properly, bed was to hard and felt needed to be bit softer for a good night's sleep and the pillows were uncomfortable. Didn't have a good night's sleep . Breakfast good but no butter packs just a pack of butter which looks horrible as opened and used rather of having our own butter packs . Only one member of staff she was doing everything . Handling food then cleaning not washing hands but she worked hard and was friendly and appalogised

Pleasant stay for a business trip
Pros:

Location - it's just 5 minutes drive from the Coventry Arena. The staff were very friendly, the Front Office Manager was very helpful. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Suitable for a business trip.

Cons:

Proximity to the M6 means a lot of road noise if you like to have a window open for fresh air.
I think they could improve the quality of the pizza on the hotel restaurant menu.
The car-park system doesn't give enough time to enter your vehicle registration if you're distracted during check-in... they need to allow longer for people to enter their registration.

I paid extra for premium queen bed, instead I got two single beds placed together, these then kept drifting apart, highly annoying - defeats the whole purpose. May as well just get single bed.

Fabulous stay. Would recommend highly.
Pros:

The massive shower was fabulous! The huge TV was great - normally hotel TVs are tiny and rubbish but it worked great. The bed was lovely and huge. I loved that the hand soap/shampoo/shower gel were Rituals.

Cons:

The mattress wasn't the most comfortable but that was about it.

Perfect location for a football match. And cheap with only £5 for 24hrs
Pros:

Clean and tidy, only £5 to park for 24hrs payable at reception on arrival.
Stay here for a football match. 5-10min walk to Rico arena.

It wasn't clean; I expected more for the value.
Pros:

Most of the staff have been nice and helpful.

Cons:

It wasn't clean, hair in the bathroom and around toilet area.
I needed to disconnect the phone to avoid the regular beeping noise.
