Not so clean, rooms never got warm. It was so frustrating cos we had a baby in the room
Nothing other than the polite man on the desk.
Everything my room was vile, body hair all over the floor and on my “clean” towels. Dirt all over the curtain. Stains on the floor and dirt up the walls.
The resturant food was over priced. The staff did not allow me to use the microwave to warm up my food. Various wierd reasons were given.
The facilities available were good if you chose to use them
Basic room’ for the price was expecting more. Over looking the M6. Noise from motorway.

Really clean and comfortable, warm room with a 1990s continental hotel feel to it (in a good way). Couldn't fault it. Warm welcome from the manager at reception. Convenient location just off the main road, with parking outside. Would recommend.
Minor point, but I had to go to reception for them to let me access the gym with their own key card. Surely the gym could either be open or accessible using your room key card. A bit of a faff at 7am having to ask reception to open the gym for me.
