Cons:

No shower curtain . Every time you shower the whole toilet floor gets wet and very slipery. Very dangerous speacially for seniors like me.

staff is unprofessional. hardly response to meassages especially the fridge and wifi are not working. no access pass given and just keep saying he ordered but never provided until I checked out. Take oit food get spoiled as the fridge was never fixed. the peson was also very late on check in day so have to wait more than half an hour.

- The owner was nice, although their response to our concerns is a bit delayed. 😅

Cons:

- the assigned Agent? was a bit rude and trash talked us while on the phone when we informed her that we got delayed checking in due to some urgent matters to attend to.
- when we asked for some assistance, (agent) didn't reply to our concerns.
- the room given to us has some damaged things before we checked in, (broken bathroom door with no lock, pundido ang light bulb sa CR, etc.)

Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness & Missing Essentials

The only good thing about this place was its location—just a 10-minute walk from MOA

Cons:

First, the check-in process was frustrating since the host was hard to reach. Once inside, we quickly noticed the lack of basic amenities: no slippers, no toilet paper in the bathroom, and trash cans without plastic linings. There was also no shower curtain, which made the bathroom messy after every shower. The worst part was the leftover bath soap from a previous guest, complete with pubic hair—absolutely unacceptable and a clear sign of poor cleaning standards.

To make matters worse, the towels provided were of terrible quality. The cotton shed all over our bodies, making the shower experience awful.

Overall, this stay was disappointing. Cleanliness and basic hospitality should be the bare minimum, but this place failed in both areas. Would not recommend.

Overall, we were not delighted of how they prepared the unit for us.
Cons:

The room wasn’t entirely clean: there were so many dusts all over the furnitures, the door knobs of the main door and CR door were broken, there was no Netflix available, and the towels smelled really unsanitary. There was also a time when we experienced power interruption during a work day. Contrary to its name, we were not happy with our staycation in this unit.

Pros:

The price. It's a good price if you don't bring your own vehicle.. because the parking is not included.

Cons:

If you have a vehicle of your own... Parking will be a desaster. You parking fee will be more expensive that the room rate.

It’s a very peaceful place and I hope I will book again in future

Even when I booked in less than a day, I was lucky to their offer as well as the host is very accomodating with instructions and feedbacks for my inquiries.
