Pros:

Tutto bello, pulito e ben curato. Camera spaziosa e letti comodi. La cucina semplice, casalinga ma ben fatta, tutti i piatti proposti dallo chef sono stati ottimi. Posizione ottima per tutte le principali attività e molto silenziosa.

Struttura ben tenuta, bell’arredamento della camera e del balcone, ben isolata dall’esterno, buon cibo a cena, posizione ottima.

In estrema sintesi: un bell’albergo gestito male.
A colazione nelle poche mattine che abbiamo vissuto mancava sempre qualcosa: i plum cake quasi a zero, le brioche arrivavano tardi, per il pane bianco vigeva la frase “è in forno, 5 minuti e arriva”. Non aspettatevi crostate fatte in fatte in casa. Una sera la struttura aveva la cucina chiusa, ci hanno detto che nel paese vicino c’era una festa del cibo tipico. Peccato che fosse finita la settimana prima. Ok ci siamo arrangiati ma hanno lasciato “a piedi” i loro clienti per qualcosa che non c’era. Al momento del pagamento mi è stata data la ricevuta totale compresa la cena che non ci hanno fornito. Gliel’ho fatto presente, mi è stata scalata dal totale ma mi ha inserito il pagamento dell’acqua di caraffa (quindi di rubinetto) che avevamo consumato (2 euro al litro, costa un sacco l’acquedotto da queste parti!). Una sera abbiamo chiesto per le bimbe se potevano fare una minestrina in brodo ma niente, abbiamo concordato per una pasta in bianco che già facevano per un altro cliente.
Una mattina il top del servizio al cliente: alla macchina per fare cappuccini/caffè ecc, la povera addetta alla sala colazioni ha creato coda dietro di sé per preparare dei gustosi latti macchiati per i gestori belli accomodati in cucina. Macchina tra l’altro probabilmente sottodimensionata visto che ogni tanto c’era da chiamare qualcuno per i refill di latte o altro.
Gesti per molti irrilevanti ma che ho ritenuto giusto condividere perché per molti utenti l’attenzione, il rispetto e la cura verso il cliente sono di gran lunga più importanti di una bella camera nuova.

una vacanza in relax
Pros:

l albergo è in ottima posizione si arriva comodamente dappertutto ci sono tantissimi sentieri che partono anche fattibili con i bambini piccoli
la colazione è ben fornita e bastava chiedere che si veniva accontentati le cameriere sempre molto disponibili e carine
la meraviglia è la cena piatti tipici,abbondanti e davvero deliziosi! gli spazel di 2 tipi buonissimi !
la vera perla di quest albergo è la signora kristina, la proprietaria! sorridente, affabile molto accogliente!

Favoloso!!
Pros:

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura dal 27 luglio al 3 agosto 2025…
Vacanza stupenda, la Valle Aurina è favolosa e la Pensione Brugghof, di San Giovanni, è nella posizione ottimale per raggiungere tutto molto comodamente!
L'autobus è gratuito alloggiando in struttura e molte passeggiate si possono fare senza dover spostare l'auto!
Ci siamo trovati benissimo, abbiamo fatto anche amicizia con un'altra famiglia con una bambina simpaticissima, i miei figli si sono trovati davvero bene!
Struttura super pulita e la cucina davvero deliziosa!
Proprietari al Top!!
Nulla che non ci sia piaciuto, torneremo sicuramente!!

Una piacevole scoperta per un ottimo soggiorno
Pros:

Camera con balcone e vista sui boschi.
Vicinanza alla fermata del bus 450. Mai utilizzata l'auto durante il soggiorno se non per arrivare e ripartire.
Letto e materasso molto comodo.
Colazione e cena abbondanti.

Cons:

Migliorerei la dotazione degli asciugamani, un po duretti, che comunque venivano cambiati tutti i giorni.

Very enjoyable and nice.
Pros:

Very cozy and clean. We also had breakfast there which was very delicious. There is free and safe parking in front of the accomodation. The hostess was very kind and sweet!

Cons:

The only thing we missed was a hairdryer in the room, but I'm sure we would've got it if we asked.

Highly recommended.
Pros:

Ten points, no doubt. The house has a perfect location in the idyllic, picturesque valley, two minutes' walk from the bus stop of line 450, so it's easy to reach Bruneck as well as the cable car Speikboden and Klausberg or Taufers Castle. Cosy, tidy, clean house; I liked the interior. Peace and quiet, comfortable bed, I could sleep long enough. The staff is excellent: I was given a warm welcome, politeness, kindness, smile – and biiiiiiig ham & eggs for breakfast (a special thanks for it, dear Cristina! 😁 ). These were really enjoyable days. Brugghof is an ideal accomodation to discover Valle Aurina, highly recommended.
