Important information:

Please note that you must provide an ID and the credit card used for the reservation upon arrival. If your name does not match this credit card, you will have to provide another credit card or use another payment method.

The residence is open at the following times: - Monday to Sunday: from 08:00 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 20:00.

Please contact the hotel if you plan to arrive after 20:00. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

For stays of over 7 nights, weekly cleaning is included in the rate.

For stays of less than 7 nights, daily cleaning is available at an extra charge of EUR 10 per day.

Please note that check in on Fridays and Saturdays is from 15:00 to 20:00.

A baby bed and a high chair are available free of charge, upon reservation.

The token for the laundry room costs EUR 6 for the washing machine and EUR 4 for the tumble dryer. Guests have to ask for the laundry room key at the reception.

For bookings of 5 rooms and more, the property reserves the right to charge a prepayment.

A maximum of 1 pet (weight less than 7kg) can be accommodated per apartment ; extra charge is 10€.

For stays of over 7 nights, weekly cleaning AND CHANGE OF TOWELS is included in the rate. For stays of less than 7 nights, daily cleaning is available at an extra charge.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Fijn verblijf met heerlijk balkon.
Pros:

De ligging, fijne badkamer, balkon en de bedden waren comfortabel.

Cons:

De keuken verdiend meer aandacht. Bestek, borden en pannen waren niet schoon.

Bon emplacement pour l'accès au lac, appartement avec bcp de vis-à-vis
Pros:

La résidence est bien située pour un accès rapide au lac. Pas de petit-déjeuner pour nous.

Cons:

Pas de notice pour le chauffage, ni pour le code wifi.
Pas très bien insonorisé

Résidence parfaite près du lac du bourget
Pros:

La résidence est proche du lac au calme tout est prévu pour pouvoir cuisiner le balcon est un vrai plus

Cons:

Il n y avait pas de bonde dans le lavabo de la salle de bain et cela ne sentais pas très bon...un détail qui ne m empêchera pas d y revenir

Pros:

Lovely location near to the lake. Aix le Bain very stunning. Are at locally bowling alley which had good pizza menu.

chambre agréable et bien équipée avec une vue sur le lac du Bourget. l'emplacement de l’hôtel on peut se promener a pied dans un environnement agréable. le top est les piste cyclable

le stationnement certes l’hôtel propose le parking pour 8 € la nuit le problème est la largeur des places et l'incivilité des gents qui se garent sur 2 places
