Important information:

Please note that you must provide an ID and the credit card used for the reservation upon arrival. If your name does not match this credit card, you will have to provide another credit card or use another payment method.

The residence is open from Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 20:00.

Please contact the hotel if you plan to arrive after 20:00. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

For stays of over 7 nights, weekly cleaning is included in the rate.

For stays of less than 7 nights, daily cleaning is available at an extra charge of EUR 10 per day.

Please note that check in on Fridays and Saturdays is from 15:00 to 20:00.

A baby bed and a high chair are available free of charge, upon reservation.

The token for the laundry room costs EUR 6 for the washing machine and EUR 4 for the tumble dryer. Guests have to ask for the laundry room key at the reception.

For bookings of 5 rooms and more, different policies charges may apply.

Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of EUR 10.

Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of less than 7 kg.

Pros:

Appart hôtel très bien situé. Bon rapport qualité prix.
La personne qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique et agréable.
L'état du logement était correct. Les linges de lit étaient propres mais avaient quelques tâches.

super accueil, et l'appartement au top spacieuse et le balcon est un vrai plus, Et l'emplacement près du lac est appréciable. nous avons passé une seule nuit mais nous pensons revenir. le plus nous avons apprécier la position géographique.

Cons:

ca aurait été bien d'avoir plus d'informations pour l'accès au parking mais parking public accessible pas loin mais attention à la période estivale.

The receptionist was nice, but we were let down by apartment.
Pros:

Location is excellent, walking distance to lake.

Cons:

No air conditioning, so on hot day was not easy to take rest; the apartment was clean, but found a glass on entrance to balcony. Parking may not be available, as spaces are limited, we parked on a street next to building.

Annonce non conforme au bien mis à disposition pour le nombre de couchages
Cons:

Le logement réservé sur Booking ne correspondait pas à l'annonce, laquelle mentionnait clairement un grand lit ainsi qu'un canapé-lit. La présence de ce second couchage a été un critère déterminant dans mon choix de réserver cet appartement. Or l'appartement ne disposait que d'un lit et d'un petit canapé fixe (impossible de l'utiliser comme lit)
L'absence de ce couchage nous a contraints à dormir dans des conditions qui n'étaient pas celles pour lesquelles nous avons payé. Il s'agit d'un manquement important à la prestation vendue. En compensation pour 2 nuits l'agence nous a proposé..... 20 euros !!!Il alors qu'in ne s'agit pas d'un simple désagrément, mais d'une non-conformité entre l'annonce et le bien mis à disposition.

Les appartements sont tops mais propreté à revoir
Pros:

L’appartement était bien conçu, spacieux, pratique et équipé correctement pour un petit séjour. Très bon emplacement pour accéder aux bords de lac et très belle vue en conséquence !

Cons:

Le sol de l’appartement était vraiment sale, mon bébé de 1 an s’est retrouvé avec les genoux et pieds noirs de saleté en seulement 30min à se déplacer dans le logement

Pros:

L'emplacement proche du lac. Le parking sécurisé payant. L'appartement spacieux 2 chambres. La climatisation. Un grand frigo et congélateur.

Cons:

Le bruit des personnes au-dessus tard le soir bien dommage que les gens ne respectent pas. Literie peu confortable.
