Important information:

Please note that you must provide an ID and the credit card used for the reservation upon arrival. If your name does not match this credit card, you will have to provide another credit card or use another payment method.

The residence is open at the following times: - Monday to Sunday: from 08:00 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 20:00.

Please contact the hotel if you plan to arrive after 20:00. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

For stays of over 7 nights, weekly cleaning is included in the rate.

For stays of less than 7 nights, daily cleaning is available at an extra charge of EUR 10 per day.

Please note that check in on Fridays and Saturdays is from 15:00 to 20:00.

A baby bed and a high chair are available free of charge, upon reservation.

The token for the laundry room costs EUR 6 for the washing machine and EUR 4 for the tumble dryer. Guests have to ask for the laundry room key at the reception.

For bookings of 5 rooms and more, the property reserves the right to charge a prepayment.

A maximum of 1 pet (weight less than 7kg) can be accommodated per apartment ; extra charge is 10€.

For stays of over 7 nights, weekly cleaning AND CHANGE OF TOWELS is included in the rate. For stays of less than 7 nights, daily cleaning is available at an extra charge.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour l’établissement devrait avoir un coup de modernité et d’entretien extérieur porte ainsi

La proximité du lac et du centre . La chambre appart est spacieuse. Rien ne manque

Cons:

De devoir payer le parking alors qu’on séjourne dans l’hôtel . Nous n’avons pas le choix de prendre le parking vu l’emplacement impossible de se garer devant. Le micro onde extérieur et la hôte etait pleins de trace . Les joints du niveau de la baignoire était noirci

La saleté: l'ascenseur dans un état .... Le logement tâches sur les murs du salon/cuisine, chambre enfant, la crasse en dessous des boutons de la pâque de cuisson, la vaisselle pas faite (traces de sauce dans la casserole) etc...

Le nettoyage de la salle de bain est à revoir.

La localisation.
La vaisselle propre.

Cons:

Les toilettes mal nettoyée ( il fallait vraiment vérifier l'intérieur).
La baignoire pas du tout décrassée. J'ai dû le faire moi-même.
