Important information:

Please note that you must provide an ID and the credit card used for the reservation upon arrival. If your name does not match this credit card, you will have to provide another credit card or use another payment method.

The residence is open at the following times: - Monday to Sunday: from 08:00 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 20:00.

Please contact the hotel if you plan to arrive after 20:00. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

For stays of over 7 nights, weekly cleaning is included in the rate.

For stays of less than 7 nights, daily cleaning is available at an extra charge of EUR 10 per day.

Please note that check in on Fridays and Saturdays is from 15:00 to 20:00.

A baby bed and a high chair are available free of charge, upon reservation.

The token for the laundry room costs EUR 6 for the washing machine and EUR 4 for the tumble dryer. Guests have to ask for the laundry room key at the reception.

For bookings of 5 rooms and more, the property reserves the right to charge a prepayment.

A maximum of 1 pet (weight less than 7kg) can be accommodated per apartment ; extra charge is 10€.

For stays of over 7 nights, weekly cleaning AND CHANGE OF TOWELS is included in the rate. For stays of less than 7 nights, daily cleaning is available at an extra charge.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Les appartements sont spacieux et confortable, c’est la deuxième fois que nous louons dans cet établissement. L’équipe est accueillante. Parking sur place moyennant 8€ la nuit.

Cons:

Ce week end, pas de bol la machine à café pour le petit déjeuné tombe en panne, cela arrive……par contre c’est toujours 11€ le petit déjeuné…..et la solution c’est une vielle machine à café à filtre défectueuse, qui du coup je fait pas suffisamment de café pour tout le monde…..et on ne parlera pas du gout du café !!!! Le choix alimentaire n’est pas très gros et vers les céréales il n’y a pas de cuillère de service du coup tout le monde utilise sa propre cuillère pas fou pour l’hygiène.

Good value for money - close to the lake
Pros:

The location is very good, it's close to the lake (5-minute walk), green spaces around (bonus if you have a dog), and the area is quiet. The people at the reception are nice, and I had a follow-up message to see if everything was okay. It's not far from a few shops for commodities, a few restaurants, bakeries, but for the city center it's better to go by car. On the other hand, the studio is big enough, and you have everything you need to cook.

Cons:

It's a bit far from the city center, the parking is limited around, so better to opt for a parking space with your booking, and there are no designated parking spaces in front of the hotel. It's better to plan for daily parking. Otherwise, I found at my arrival cutlery was not very clean and oily, and the cleaning could have been improved, especially if you pay 10 per day for your pet.
