Important information:

Please note that you must provide an ID and the credit card used for the reservation upon arrival. If your name does not match this credit card, you will have to provide another credit card or use another payment method.

The residence is open at the following times: - Monday to Sunday: from 08:00 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 20:00.

Please contact the hotel if you plan to arrive after 20:00. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

For stays of over 7 nights, weekly cleaning is included in the rate.

For stays of less than 7 nights, daily cleaning is available at an extra charge of EUR 10 per day.

Please note that check in on Fridays and Saturdays is from 15:00 to 20:00.

A baby bed and a high chair are available free of charge, upon reservation.

The token for the laundry room costs EUR 6 for the washing machine and EUR 4 for the tumble dryer. Guests have to ask for the laundry room key at the reception.

For bookings of 5 rooms and more, the property reserves the right to charge a prepayment.

A maximum of 1 pet (weight less than 7kg) can be accommodated per apartment ; extra charge is 10€.

For stays of over 7 nights, weekly cleaning AND CHANGE OF TOWELS is included in the rate. For stays of less than 7 nights, daily cleaning is available at an extra charge.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Excellent location, cleanliness can be improved.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Good public parking near the hotel. Friendly staff

Cons:

room was dirty when we checked in. Front desk staff upgraded the room for us. Much more spacious and cleaner although still cleaning can be improved. Wifi did not work reliably

Perfekt für eine größer Gruppe
Pros:

Sehr große Wohnung mit viel Platz, alles klimatisiert und sehr gut zum drin wohnen. Die Küche hat alles was man benötigt. Parkken kostet, aber das ist OK. Strand ist sehr nah und es gibt auch Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Lage ist sehr ruhig

Cons:

Frühstück würde ich nicht buchen, aber es gibt genug um sich selbst zu verpflegen

Etablissement bien placé mais franchement très vieillissant, l'extérieur ressemble à une prison et l'intérieur mériterait une gros rafraichissement.

La posizione è eccellente, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e impreziosita da una splendida vista sul lago, che rende il soggiorno particolarmente piacevole e rilassante.
Il personale si distingue per la disponibilità, la gentilezza e la cordialità, sempre pronto a soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti con il sorriso.
La struttura non è di recente costruzione né particolarmente moderna, ma è ben tenuta, pulita e dotata di tutto l'essenziale per un soggiorno confortevole.
La colazione è buona e offre una selezione adeguata di prodotti, pur mantenendosi piuttosto semplice nella varietà delle proposte.
