Je recommande et j’y retournerai !
Pros:

La localisation, l’appartement, la propreté tout était irréprochable
Le personnel est réactif et à l’écoute

Cons:

La saison y joue aussi un rôle mais quand nous sommes arrivés les chauffages étaient éteints donc la première nuit était assez difficile avec le froid.

La ubicacion, la limpieza y lo bien equipado que estaba!

Cons:

El sillon cama no era verdaderamente cómodo. La mesa era muy pequeña para 4 personas. El aire acondicionado enfriaba abajo pero no enfriaba bien arriba.

Prachtig apartement op goede locatie
Pros:

De locatie dichtbij metro en op wandelafstand van het centrum.
Mooi en goed uitgerust apartement. Alles was voorzien voor een comfortabel verblijf.

Overall: location is very convenient and the apartment amenities very new and convenient, showers worked well.
Pros:

Was not as we expected

Cons:

One bedroom is below street level, very noisy during a Saturday night due to nightlife nearby. That room also has a moist smell coming from the bathroom. The apartment next-door is separated by a door from the living room as if it was two communicating hotel rooms but paper thin and you can hear what people say at a normal voice level.

B das en general bien,tengo s decir q en otras ocasiones nos hemos ospedado en el aprtamento de abajo y todo genial.
Decir q esta ocasion estube en el apartamento de arriba y decir q a nivel reformado el baño de arriba no funcionaba la calefacion y el retrete lo encontre muy sucio bastante desagradable .
Es mi 4 vez en su alojamintoy siempre satisfecha pero cierto esta vez el baño me ha desilucionado necesita cuidado

Very comfortable stay !
Pros:

Localization was Perfect , nerarby Toledo metro station , 10 minutes walk to center . Very Good accommodation for a family of 5, beds very comfortable , two bathrooms both with shower . Very cleaned . Excellent the possibility of late check in at 4 pm with 25€ extra fee.

Cons:

We arrived late at night , I would expect 2 bottles of water as welcome as we had in other structures .
