Great location and comfortable stay for my first few nights in Madrid.
Pros:

Location was great - 6 minute walk to my daughter's apartment. Had everything I needed - comfortable bed and plenty of room.

Cons:

Street level unit was a bit too bright and noisy. Felt exposed, despite the frosted glass doors/windows - especially in the bathroom where there was no shade (looked like there had been one at some point).
Also had a couple chilly nights and couldn't figure out the heater (written instructions would have been helpful).
One shower door was off it's track, so water got on the floor - had extra towels so made sure it was cleaned up. Hot water in shower was scalding - accidentally bumped the lever in the very small shower and water got too hot and burned my arm badly.

No vallan!!!!!!!! Yo acabo de volver desde un viaje que hice. Ha pasado una semana y todavía no hay forma de recuperar mi depósito de 300€. Nadie me contesta y no sé qué hacer para tener mi dinero atrás. Tengo videos y fotos de cómo he dejado el piso y todo estaba bien. No sé qué hacer pero no vallan porque no tendrán el dinero del depósito de vuelta!!!!

Pros:

For the apartment itself I would perhaps rate 2 or 3 points, but the customer service is absolutely terrible, the worst I have ever encountered.

Cons:

- Apartment is made of the cheapest possible materials and finishings
- Shower overflows
- Ventilator in bathrooms makes so much noise it wakes everyone up if you use it at night
- Sticky, unclean floors
- No coffee, tea
- Views over a park full of junkies
- They charge extra for everything you can imagine
- Overly complex registering and check-in system through a site that works very poorly
- 300 euro deposit that they have no formal release process for
- Customer service (in our case they had not provided a cot) the worst I have ever encountered

Es un bajo sin ventanas sin separación de la habitación baño enano un bajo que se veía la luz de la calle desde la cama y todo el ruido el método de entrada malo hubo que llamar para poder entrar no enviaron los códigos y después no habría la puerta un desastre para entrar

I had an amazing stay at this apartment. There are many great restaurants and bars in the area

Appartement idéalement situé : 2 arrêts de métro à 5 mn à pieds, 10 mn à pieds de la Plaza Mayor, commerces, brasseries et restaurants à proximité.
Quartier populaire, loin des touristes.
Appartement propre, équipements neufs, kit nettoyage mis à disposition.

Appartement en RDC séparé de la rue par 2 portes vitrées.
Il manque un rideau occultant pour la nuit
Appartement sans fenêtre et tout en longueur. Obligation d'allumer la lumière même en pleine journée.
Idéal pour un séjour en hiver lorsque les journées sont courtes

Je recommande et j’y retournerai !

La localisation, l’appartement, la propreté tout était irréprochable
Le personnel est réactif et à l’écoute

Cons:

La saison y joue aussi un rôle mais quand nous sommes arrivés les chauffages étaient éteints donc la première nuit était assez difficile avec le froid.

La ubicacion, la limpieza y lo bien equipado que estaba!

Cons:

El sillon cama no era verdaderamente cómodo. La mesa era muy pequeña para 4 personas. El aire acondicionado enfriaba abajo pero no enfriaba bien arriba.
