Buena ubicación muy cerca del centro
Que al momento de pagar con tarjeta te piden tu nip personal ya que no se puede pasar la máquina por la recepción
La gente fue amable, nos dejaron hacer el check in por adelantado.
El acolchado estaba quemado (aunque lo cambiaron) y no estaba lo suficientemente limpio.
Ubicacion
El precio estaba mas alto en la aplicacion que en mostrador y el personal del hotel dijo que era por Booking que estaba mas caro.

When we arrived at the reception, the unfriendly lady told us that the price of the room has risen, and we have to pay extra. The rise was not communicated before, and neither mentioned anywhere in the description. It was almost double the normal price, so we decided to leave.
Also, the area is very shady, and the hotel is used for casual encounters.

The size of the room was great, clean, the parking was underground which was nice as well
There were a lot of stairs in the front entrance to the lobby so it wasn't very accessible for my disability
I was impressed when I first got to my room but it all went downhill after that.
On closer inspection the bed sheets had tears and cigarettes burns in them. The room was not cleaned once during my 5 night stay. The bed is incredibly creaky. They don't store luggage for you, and the woman on morning shift at reception is horrible to deal with.
