Pros:

Les parties communes vastes, arborées et bien entretenues, la place pour se garer à l’ombre. La petite piscine où on peut un peu se baigner.

Cons:

La salle de bain pourrait être plus propre, mieux entretenue. Il faut une voiture pour pouvoir se déplacer.

Super schön eingerichtete Unterkunft nah an der Lagune.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und das gesamte Gelände super schön eingerichtet. Der Pool war perfekt für uns als Familie mit Kleinkind (zwei Bereiche). Die Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet und es gab einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Die Lage war super, wenn man ein eigenes Fahrzeug hat wie wir. Es gab warmes Wasser in der Dusche und Möglichkeiten, um Wäsche aufzuhängen. WLAN gab es auf dem gesamten Gelände.

Cons:

Zum Glück haben wir alle einen tiefen Schlaf, aber falls nicht, ist die Straße nebenan wirklich extrem laut. Das Personal hat man hin und wieder mal gesehen, aber sie waren nicht wirklich offen für Unterstützung. So scheint es aber auf der Halbinsel Yucatán in der Preisklasse üblich zu sein (bisher war es bei uns immer so). Schön wäre, wenn es Tipps für gute Spots um die Lagune herum gäbe oder gute Restaurants. Beim Checkout haben wir auch niemanden mehr gesehen, so dass es nicht einmal eine Verabschiedung gab.
Der Wasserdruck war sehr niedrig.

Très bon petit hôtel type motel, au rapport qualité prix exceptionnel pour le coin.
La cuisine partagée bien équipée est un vrai plus. Les chambres sont spacieuses, les lits confortables et le wifi fonctionnent parfaitement.
Le personnel est adorable.

Cons:

Seul mini bémol : la proximité de la route peut être un peu bruyante pour les hôtes n’ayant pas l’habitude. Mais une paire de boule quies et c’est réglé !

I make my Reservation 4 mouth ago and it must be view to the pool, but they gave me the first room behind the Railway, where I can`t sleep because the sound of the cars, busses and trailer som drive very fast. and the windows are at least 50 years old, and the room are the same very old and you feel you sleep in the street. they use so much klore in the pool, I swim just one time and get so much pain in my ejes. the Hotel are so far from anything, and you can`t come out without Taxi. because it`s so dangerous to walk in the railway.

Okay für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu einem fairen Preis.
Pros:

Gut ausgestatte Gemeinschaftsküche, nette Gastgeberin mit guten Tipps und immer am Ort. Kaffee und Trinkwasser kostenlos. Zimmer geräumig und sauber mit Kühlschrank und Ventilator. Pool auch sauber und auch die anderen Gemeinschaftsbereiche schön

Cons:

Nachts etwas laut wegen der daneben liegenden Schnellstraße, den hellhörigen Zimmern (hatten die günstigste Kategorie, bei denen die Zimmer alle direkt nebeneinander sind) und Nachbarn, die Party gefeiert haben. Die Zimmer teils etwas abgenutzt (Badtür durch Feuchtigkeit). Wir waren im Winter da (Februar) und es war nachts kalt und wärmere Decken gab es leider nicht auf dem Zimmer (wir haben aber auch nicht gefragt).
