El trato de la dueña y las empleadas. el entorno, plena naturaleza en una aldea tranquila. El alojamiento está reformado a todo detalle y las zonas comunes aportan el resto: relax en piscina y zonas verdes, zonas de descanso/lectura a cubiero, lavanderia, zonas de juego para niños. Y las playas maravillosas están muy cerca.

Ein schönes Apartment, abgelegen und mitten unter spanischen Bauern.
Pros:

Es ist klein und fein. Es sind wenige Apartments und man fühlt sich ein wenig unter sich. Der Pool ist angenehm kühl und man hat diesen oft für sich. Leider erst ab 11 Uhr. Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Der Balkon am Abend mit Blick auf die Berge und weiter hinten auf das Meer war sehr schön.

Cons:

Die Lage ist nicht optimal, wenn man zu Fuß gerne in ein Restaurant oder zum Strand möchte, da es dann doch zu weit weg und ab vom Schuss liegt. Dann ist man doch auf das Auto angewiesen, hier ist aber der schmale Weg hoch auf den Berg mit einem großen Auto eine kleine Herausforderung. Es gibt leider keine gemütlichen und mit Schatten versehene Außenplätze, die am Abend zum Verweilen einladen, man etwas Essen oder spielen könnte. Das Apartment ist auf der Südseite im Sommer ziemlich aufgeheizt, Ventilator oder Klimaanlage gibt es nicht. Wenn man die Fenster nachts auflassen möchte, muss man Geräusche unempfindlich sein. Eine elektrische Vogelscheuche und Hunde die die Nacht durchbellen, dürfen einen nicht stören. Das Ankommen außerhalb der sehr kurz eingeräumten Check-in Zeit kann eine Herausforderung sein, wenn man kein Spanisch kann und keinerlei Infos hat, wo der Schlüssel ist.

Nuestra estancia en la Morada Atlántica ha sido sencillamente increíble. Hemos disfrutado de unos días en familia donde la desconexión ha sido total; la calidad del alojamiento y la tranquilidad del entorno nos han hecho sentir como si hubiéramos estado de vacaciones un mes entero.
​Puntos destacados de nuestra experiencia:
​Alojamiento de lujo: La habitación con jacuzzi privado dentro es una auténtica maravilla, un detalle que marca la diferencia. Todo el espacio está cuidado al detalle, con un gusto exquisito y una limpieza impecable. No faltaba absolutamente nada.
​Instalaciones: La piscina de agua salada es increíble y, al igual que el resto de las instalaciones, estaba limpísima. Es un espacio diseñado para el confort absoluto.
​Atención al cliente: Si algo destaca, es la calidad humana de Isabel, la dueña. Ha estado siempre pendiente de nosotros y de los niños en todo momento, siendo una anfitriona excepcional que, además, nos recomendó lugares fantásticos para visitar. Su trato es, sencillamente, inmejorable.
​Sin duda, recomendamos la Morada Atlántica al 1000%. Es un lugar donde el lujo y la paz se combinan a la perfección. ¡Volveremos seguro!

Pros:

El conjunto de los edificios y jardines son bonitos y están cuidados.

Cons:

Después de un largo viaje, cuando llegamos a las instalaciones y nos pusimos en contacto con la dueña nos comunicó que el servicio de desayuno de pago que se publicita en la oferta está temporalmente no disponible, debido a que la persona que prepara el desayuno estaba de baja. La solución fue que nos mandó enlaces de sitios para desayunar siempre desplazándote en coche ya que caminado no hay ningún lugar cercano donde ir para desayunar. Nos hizo una faena grande, después de un largo viaje llegar y enterarte de esa situación.
Nos tocaron días de calor, el apartamento no cuenta con aire acondicionado si no con un sistema que expulsa supuestamente el aire caliente manteniendo la habitación fresca. Creemos que no funcionaba adecuadamente porque hacía bastante calor.
También destacar que para llegar a la ubicación de la casa no hay ninguna señal en la carretera.

Pros:

This is a special place, we loved it. Isabel is a wonderful host and could not have been more welcoming or helpful. The breakfast is a feast - delicious. Beautiful, spacious and well equipped apartment. Comfortable beds. The swimming pool is fabulous. Baldayo beach is 5 mins by car or 30 mins walk. Great restaurants nearby in Caion and Razo

La estancia corta pero maravillosa! Ni un pero, todo mas de los esperado, desde las instalaciones que son fantásticas, hasta la amabilidad del personal, sin olvidar os de Isabel, la dueña, atenta y entrañable. Destaco la historia de esfuerzo y trabajo desde sus antepasados. Gracias de corazón!
