Un séjour agréable dans ce bel hôtel

Bel établissement dans un quartier très agréable

Расположение отеля хорошее, номер просторный, основная кровать удобная. Персонал приветливый. Завтрак хороший, есть даже икра. В наличии кофе-машина. Можно выйти на террасу, подышать.

Cons:

Местную карту не приняли для оплаты. Спа воспользоваться не смогли - сауны не работали, в бассейне вода была слишком холодная. Массаж заказывать, видимо, надо сильно заранее.

Хочу отметить грамотную работу персонала отеля. На ресепшене отлично знают город, по всем вопросам получил развернутые ответы, которые помогли сэкономить время. Завтрак отменный, беляши были выше всех похвал. В отеле очень чисто, хороший ремонт. Местоположение отеля также на пятерку.

Séjour très agréable dans un hotel familial au coeur de Samarcande
Pros:

Hotel discret et très bien placé pour visiter ensuite à pied. Personnel très disponible, serviable et agréable. Petit déjeuner complet et au calme. Spa de qualité. Approvisionnement gratuit en bouteilles d'eau, très pratique. C'était une très bonne expérience dans l'ensemble.

Хорошее местоположение. Рядом парк. Вежливые сотрудники

Cons:

Завтрак мог быть чуть разнообразнее. Если прийти чуть позже,,то многое из еды почти заканчивается на завтраке. Непонятно было с бассейном и сауной. Этот вопрос требует отработки

Een gemoedelijk familiehotel.
Pros:

Zeer gastvrije ontvangst. We waren er vroeg in de ochtenden kregen thee van de gastvrouw en een ontbijt. We konden eerder dan gepland inchecken zonder kosten.
Zorgzaam, regelden wat we nodig hadden.

Alles was goed.

Presque parfait pour les familles avec enfants !
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, chambres familiales hyper confortables avec 2 pièces qui se ferment grâce à une porte coulissante, le grand luxe même ! Une piscine (mais attention, il faut réserver à l'avance, ce que nous ne savions pas !) mais elle était froide au moins d'avril. Excellent petit-déjeuner, copieux, dans un cadre splendide et grande gentillesse du personnel, toujours disponible et aimable. L'hôtel est assez excentré, mais il y a des restaurants autour et en 10 minutes de taxi, nous rejoignons facilement la Place du Régistan. C'est notre hôtel coup de coeur en Ouzbékistan !

La piscine mieux chauffée.
