Walking distance to the beach. Room was clean.

Cons:

Lack of option to boil water for coffee beyond breakfest hours. No cups in room. The balcony doors were unable to lock. The distance to Batumi takes usually about half an hour by car, sometimes longer. The hotel surroundings looks very poor.

Pros:

Not too fancy, but really worth the price, especially if you just need a place to stay while you are traveling Batumi, 8 minutes drive from the butanical garden (I recommend walking), and 15 minutes from the center of Batumi.

Cons:

The view is not amazing and it's kind of hard to find for the first time, the breakfast can be better.
