DO NOT BOOK - place does not exist!
Pros:

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. It does not exist. The phone number is not on WhatsApp and there is no answer when you call it. The address is wrong, and not anywhere near where it shows up on the map. I am hoping hotels.com will remove this listing and others like it, as this experience ruined our trip to Hanoi. BEWARE of apartments that seem too good to be true. We’re sticking to hotels from now on.

Pros:

The apartment is beautiful, check-in anytime is easy, and the host is so helpful. We booked last minute, arrived in the middle of the night, and our host helped us get an airport pick-up!
