Beyondiest HOTEL

The hotel room is in bad condition as the toilet is unhygienic and the shower doors don’t close properly. The curtains are also broken and thus don’t block out the light properly causing disrupted sleep for my whole family. The lift is located right next to the room and creates very loud noises at night thus further disrupting our sleep. The AC doesn’t cool the room properly so we were forced to move our beds into the middle of the room to feel the AC air. And the cleaning in the room is bad as the lady came to clean but the sink was still covered in soap residue. I did not expect this condition of the hotel room so I would like to request compensation. Furthermore, both my daughter and wife as well as me have become sick due to the lack of hygiene in the room. When asking the housekeeping, I was told they only clean the floor every other day and she does not clean the bathroom at all. Also water bottles provided were placed in the small place as the dirty wash cloth used to wipe the toilet.

I didnt like the breakfast and there was very limited options. Communication was a bit hard because of language barrier. Apparently we were told that my payment through Booking didnt happen and so we had to pay again at the hotel, and the price increased.

I booked the room for three person, I checked in with my friend first, but the other day my friend leaved my room, and my parents came to me - so we should live there (3 person), but the hotel requested to pay extra money for my parents (but the room was for 3 persons and I payed for 3 persons!). I decided just to live the hotel earlier and to find the new one. Please be careful with this hotel.

Room should be sound proof

Apparently, it is a safety measure that the electricity in your room goes off when you take the pass card with you. This makes it really warm in the room and in the fridge when you're gone for the day. It would be nice if these would be kept on when you're away, so that the room stays at a cool temperature at all times. Despite this, their AC's were of really good quality and did in fact cool the room rather quicky once they got activated.

The bed and pillows very uncomfortable the breakfast not good at all and u need to pay extra money for coffee and the shower has only cold water and the owner I guess so arrogant

Staff hardly spoke English, so we usually communicated via Google translate.
Wi-Fi is literally non-existed. It was such a terrible connection in the hotel, basically NO data transmission went thru.
Hence we came from Europe, in Asia we were depending on the Hotel's Wi-Fi, which basically disturb our entire vacation time.

Anywhere else we went to, Wi-Fi was always better, than here.
Huge room for improvement related to the digital World.

We lost water while my daughter was having shower. Staff said it was due to city water issues and asked us to buy bottled water to take showers. We had to buy gallons of bottled water to wash the shampoo off my daughter’s hair and also take shower ourselves. That is why we checked out after one night of stay. We didn’t stay in the hotel the second night.
Room would get extremely hot after being away for one hour.

Pillows were stinky and staff said they didn’t have more to replace them.
Kids bedding and pillows were not clean.hallways were extremely hot.
