Pros:

All the necessary utensils were there. We had a couple staying in the other room. The third room was empty. So it was convenient for us, there weren't many people.
The location was okay, the city seemed queit safe, we had an evening stroll from the center to the apartment.

Cons:

The property was rather old. A renovation would double its price.

Apartamento agradable sin ascensor y cama mejorable

El alojamiento es súper agradable y muy bien para estadías cortas o largas ya que su ubicación es espectacular muy cerca del centro

Diese Unterkunft war eine Zumutung. Extrem schmutzig und unhygienisch. Das Bett und die Bettwäsche waren voller Flecken, Haare und wirkten ungewaschen. Auf dem Boden lagen Schmutz, Krümel und sogar Insektenreste. Die Wände, Türen und Lichtschalter waren verschmiert und offensichtlich lange nicht gereinigt worden.

Zusätzlich war die Matratze völlig durchgelegen, was zu starken Rückenschmerzen geführt hat. Erholsamer Schlaf war dadurch nicht möglich.

Die Lampe war innen voller Staub und Dreck, das gesamte Zimmer machte einen vernachlässigten, ungepflegten Eindruck. Von Sauberkeit, die das absolute Minimum sein sollte, keine Spur. Wir haben uns unwohl gefühlt und kaum schlafen können.

Preis und Zustand stehen in keinem Verhältnis. Eine der schlechtesten Unterkünfte, die wir je erlebt haben.
