Apartment who’s not clean and with bad smell. We must change accommodation and did not even sleep over for one night. Host whose very unpleasant

Pros:

The host didn’t inform us that he has closed the property. When we called him he told that he cancelled two days ago, but in fact everything was set up on booking, including the payment that went through. Several days later I got no response to my complaint, no refund and only ask for a review so here it is. I don’t recommend.

Nothing. Unfortunately, we never got to stay.

Cons:

They cancelled our booking on the day of arrival without informing us in advance. We waited in the rain, tried to contact them several times, but they didn't respond at all. The next day, they casually sent a message at 2 PM - way too late. We had no place to stay and were forced to sleep in our car all night, which was extremely uncomfortable and stressful.

terrible customer service, wifi not working and dirt everywhere in the apartment
Pros:

nice location close to nature and trails. size of apartment is good. free parking on site

Cons:

very bad customer service and apartment was absolutly not clean. Difficult to stay even only 1 night in a mess like that. dirty floor, kitchen and still garbage from previous people in the place. No towels and cleaning sheet

Extremly unhappy with the stay there.
Cons:

The apartment was very semelly. There coffee maching and the fridge was not working, The building was in a very shabby.
There was no wifi connection.
