Buenísimo!
Pros:

La atención del personal fue por mucho lo mejor del lugar. Los espacios y las instalaciones muy buenas, pero la.valkdez con la que nos atendieron fue excepcional

Cons:

No había agua embotellada en las habitaciones, si necesitábamos agua había que ir hasta el lobby donde había un despachador y vasitos desechables.

Bad coffee (in any other town, I'd let it slip, but in Coatepec?). Also, please go easy on the floor cleaning products next time.

Buen luegar pero puede mejorar
Pros:

La ubicación, re relación calidad/precio y el desayuno. El personal también es muy amable.

Cons:

La limpieza. Tuve que hacer un reclamo por que un día no hicieron el aseo de mi cuarto, lo cual resolvieron (inmediata y amablemente) cambiándome de habitación a una limpia lo cual AGRADEZCO MUCHO. Por otra parte, había un barandal para subir a la planta alta dónde estaba mi habitación, lleno de polvo por algun mantenimiento o construcción en alguna planta del hotel. NADA LES CUESTA PASARLE UN TRAPO. Cada que subía la escalera terminaba sucio si es que quería apoyarme en el barandal
