Window did not close, loud noise. I asked for an iron 3 times, every day, but no iron was brought

very ideal place to stay. Surrounded by all amenities especially albaik restaurant and supermarket plus very close to granada mall. mosque is also at walkable distance.

It would seem that despite such high rental rates, (around 5k SAR for two nights) apparently ZERO budget has been Allocated to maintenance and repair of the facilities.
I booked two apartments, each having four washrooms and all of them had semi-functional faucets and leaking sinks.
The bedroom window lock was broken which meant it couldn't get completely closed resulting in the noise from the main road disturbing the sleep throughout the night.
The mattresses were barely passable.
The worst was the cleaniness of the place. Apparently the staff is trained only to sweep the floor only. The washroom, the kitchenette, the cupboards etc. Were dirty and crusty.
Talking about kitchenette, it was simply a sink with an electric kettle, a semi-functional fridge with no microwave or stove.
Last but not the least, i didn't like the fact that at the time of check-in, the staff kept pressurising me to pay by cash. I made it clear that i plan to pay via credit card, but they kept on insisting for five more times and kept pointing me to the atm machine in the lobby.
