Fantastic apartment, walking distance to everything in the city center.
Pros:

Due to room availability I was upgraded to the apartment just next to the hotel for the first night. I enjoyed it so much I paid 15,000 to stay in it for the next two nights. Super strong Wifi. Walk-in shower, separate toilet and sink room, full cooking facilities. Location is great, easy walking distance to everything in the city center. There's a 24 hour grocery store directly across the street and a food court on the second floor with about 20 to choose from.

Cons:

It needs a mirror above the sink in the bathroom, I suggested it to Simbot at the front desk. Everything else was great.

Отличный вариант в центре Еревана
Pros:

Удобное расположение в центре города, напротив - большой торговый центр с гастрономом, фудкортом и пунктом обмена валюты. Приемлемая цена для трехместного номера. Вежливый персонал на ресепшен. Чисто, аккуратно, тихо, культурно. После выезда из номера можно было оставить вещи на несколько часов.

Cons:

Неприятный запах в санузле на мансардном этаже. Отсутствие лифта, с чемоданами по крутой лестнице на 3-й этаж тяжеловато подниматься. Отель предлагал трансфер из аэропорта за 6000 драм (в одну сторону). Фактически через Яндекс-такси добрались в гостиницу за 1700 драм, обратно в аэропорт - за 1300 драм.

Хорошее место недалеко от центра Еревана
Pros:

Неплохое расположение, близко от центра, рядом круглосуточный супермаркет. Персонал дружелюбный, на цокольном этаже есть кухня с микроволновкой и посудой. В номере - холодильник.

Cons:

Если номер на верхних этажах, то надо подниматься по достаточно крутой лестнице, с чемоданом не очень удобно.

Cons:

We reserved it for 4 nights 4 weeks before our trip
But a day before we will arrived they cancelled our reservations without any explanation
And we couldn’t find any accommodation with reasonable price
So we have complain about their responsibility

Put in basement. Hard to fund keyhole even with lights on. Frequent sewer smell from floor drain. When i registered, it said i had a mountain view--not from a basement! Staff nice.

Pros:

We had a great time here. The staff was very nice and helpful. All the sights are within walking distance of the hotel, and there is a large supermarket right across the street. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the toiletries. I would definitely come back again!

Pros:

near the downtown and the room was calm

Cons:

i booked deluxe room .. they gave me a small normal room for the same price .. after i noticed they gave me a discount .. i agreed .. in the morning i found the AC is dropping water on the bed
