Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location and convenient to the palace, sightseeing.
Pros:

Breakfast was quite nice with friendly service. Self service for some food and omelettes on request.
It is a lovely property with a swimming pool and garden area.
Staff kindly provided breakfast to go as we had an early morning train which we really appreciated.

Cons:

The weather was cool which meant the room and bathroom were chilly. A heater was provided. The rooms are a bit tired and due for redecorating.
Rugs on the floor might have helped.

The Haveli is well situated close to the city pallace and the lake. The staff are courtiouse and helpfull. The room was clean and large. A heater was provided as we were there in winter. Breakfast was plentiful and they made eggs to order. The front desk went out of their way to help.

Cons:

Hot water in the shoiwer was sporadic and it would have been lovely to have 2 chairs to relax in in the room.

Het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Ontbijt en diner was prima. Veel keus en smaakvol klaargemaakt. Fijn dat vanwege heel vroeg vertrek, toch een ontbijtje meegegeven werd.

Cons:

Omdat de kamer geen of weinig daglicht krijgt, oogt kamer beetje somber. Weet niet of dat voor alle kamers geldt. Is een zeer persoonlijke indruk.

A truly memorable stay, made exceptional by the beautiful ambience and the genuine kindness and care of the staff.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Mahendra Prakash Hotel in Udaipur. The ambience is exceptional, with beautiful décor that creates a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The coffee and cakes are outstanding, and breakfast was excellent throughout our stay.

What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone was attentive and kind, but a special mention must go to Bupen, who was consistently warm and helpful, and Kuldeep, who took exceptional care of us when we were unwell and needed medical attention. Their compassion and professionalism went far beyond what we expected and made a difficult moment much easier.

Overall, the combination of ambience, thoughtful design, great food, and genuinely caring staff made this a memorable and deeply positive experience. We would highly recommend this hotel and would happily return

A peaceful, charming oasis in a great location in Udaipur.
Pros:

It was a lovely peaceful, charming oasis in the busy city of Udaipur. The babbling tinkle of the fountain in the cool atrium was lovely to hear, and garden was a lovely place to unwind, with tortoises and a refreshing, deep pool. The food was delicious, and KD was such a great host.
Thanks for everything!

Cons:

There wasn’t a lot of natural light in our room, but, given that it’s a heritage building, we didn’t mind at all and it has loads of charm.

Me gustó todo: la ubicación, el trato y calidad del servicio, la amplitud de la estancia, su decoración, la limpieza, el desayuno y que proporciona detalles de un hotel de más categoría.
