Pros:

This is an old mansion which has been restored and kept updated to meet modern living styles but yet has the old world charm, with very helpful and pleasant staff. The rooms and attached bathrooms are adequate but small in size. The buffet breakfast was hearty with a good variety and food during dinner was well prepared and tasty.

Cons:

The hotel is in the heart of the old city so while parking was provided inside the property space was limited to two to three cars. Not much can be done about this due to the location, so if one is driving his own vehicle better confirm about parking with the hotyel in advance.

Excellent hotel, great value and MUCH nicer than sight outside suggests!

Really lovely hotel with spacious, pretty rooms. We received a warm welcome in excellent English and felt valued customers The reception rooms are attractive with interesting vintage toys and photos. Breakfast excellent, supper very good also. Cake from the cafe an indulgence, do go to the counter to see the fish tank/well. Walkable to the palace, temple and lake so a good location.

Cons:

Space in the bathroom a bit limited to stash one’s toiletries.

The property was very clean, and the ambience was peaceful and relaxing. I truly enjoyed my stay here with my family. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. Would definitely love to visit again for staycation.

Beautiful family hotel in excellent location. It is a small oasis in the bustling city. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and spacious with a balcony overlooking the courtÿard.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location and convenient to the palace, sightseeing.
Pros:

Breakfast was quite nice with friendly service. Self service for some food and omelettes on request.
It is a lovely property with a swimming pool and garden area.
Staff kindly provided breakfast to go as we had an early morning train which we really appreciated.

Cons:

The weather was cool which meant the room and bathroom were chilly. A heater was provided. The rooms are a bit tired and due for redecorating.
Rugs on the floor might have helped.

Pros:

The Haveli is well situated close to the city pallace and the lake. The staff are courtiouse and helpfull. The room was clean and large. A heater was provided as we were there in winter. Breakfast was plentiful and they made eggs to order. The front desk went out of their way to help.

Cons:

Hot water in the shoiwer was sporadic and it would have been lovely to have 2 chairs to relax in in the room.
