The room and ensuite bathroom were lovely, and the location is perfect for amenities and short walk to the beach too
We liked the proximity to the station and easy access to beachfront. The comfort and cleanliness of the room were of a high standard. Plus we found the host to be kind and accommodating though discreet which is appreciated.
The room was much smaller than we had expected and some green fingers are needed to show off the patio area to its best.
Instructions were clear and comprehensive. little touches like coffee pods and croissants provided on arrival appreciated. Close to Sandown station, walking distance to town beach and bus stops. Bed and bathroom were great, We were there during fine weather and made use of outdoor seating. Hosts were helpful.
As others have commented the room is tight but this is reflected i the price.
Very small, but it's made for 2 people. Why have we got three chairs? Also.

Well maintained, very clean and generally well-equipped accommodation, close to Sandown station which was an asset. Pleasant and secluded patio area outside which is available for guests but which I was unable to use due to the weather! Comfortable bed and spacious en-suite containing a spa bath which I only used as a shower. Reasonably close (12-15 min walk) to two recommended eating places/pubs which served typical English pub meals. Small supermarket 5 mins away. Croissant and preserves provided by the host.
I was surprised by how compact and small the bedroom area was. I hadn't realised there was no kitchenette or sink, other than the washbasin, but maybe that was due to me not reading the description of facilities carefully enough. I only ate a continental-type breakfast in the room but would have appreciated a dessert spoon for my muesli!
Well thought out wirh microwave, kettle, coffee machine and plates and cutlery provided. About a 15/20 minute walk to the eateries in the high street. Can use outdoor space if required

The property is located in a quiet residential area as a small annex to the side of their house.
Free parking (which is expensive in most other places), comfy bed, good quality furnishings, lovely little touches such as a microwave, pod coffee machine which we didnt use as we ate out, and a much thanked for fridge to chill drinks in. The spa bath is amazing!
A little small, however has everything you could need. We bough small suitcases and backpacks, and fitted in fine. Maybe a over the door coat hanger could have been great to hang our damp hoodies and jackets, but apart from this no complaints at all.
