Hôtel bien situé où confort et propreté sont au rendez-vous. Le personnel est très sympathique et super accueillant. Le restaurant propose de très bons plats à des prix plus qu’abordables.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Francesca and the staff members were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming! The facilities were beautiful and well located in the heart of the town. The staff members went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and provided some lovely recommendations around the area

È riduttivo parlare di gentilezza da parte di tutti lo staff. Siamo stati letteralmente coccolati con tante accortezze. Al ristorante ci hanno servito piatti tradizionali del Veneto buonissimi. La struttura poi si trova in una posizione ottima per raggiungere molte località bellissime delle dolomiti. Insomma, un posto in cui ritornare con piacere.

Outstanding! The location, the cleanliness and the facilities of this hotel and restaurant were absolutely fantastic but it was Francesca (the owner) in particular who made our stay so wonderful. She was so thoughtful and went out of her way to ensure we had the best holiday experience !

Consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che vogliono scoprire le meraviglie del Trentino/Veneto questo albergo, Francesca la proprietaria è una persona davvero gentile che ci ha fatto sentire a casa nostra già da prima di arrivare! E' stata molto disponibile addirittura proponendoci di cambiare le date del soggiorno a causa di un problema familiare che abbiamo avuto, ma abbiamo mantenuto la prenotazione anche se il nostro arrivo è stato più tardivo del previsto e non ce ne siamo pentiti affatto! L'albergo è davvero immersivo, ci ha fatto sentire proprio come se fossimo parte del luogo, lo staff è TUTTO davvero molto gentile, gli spazi puliti e la camera dotata di ogni confort. Consiglio vivamente anche il servizio cena, per apprezzare la vera cucina tipica del posto, in una sala ristorante curata. Se tornerò sulle dolomiti so di sicuro dove alloggiare!

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Rührei wurde immer extra auf Wunsch zubereitet. Am Abreisetag wurden wir gefragt, ob wir ein paar Brötchen für Unterwegs mitnehmen wollen. Diese wurden dann als kleines Lunchpaket extra für uns geschmiert.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral in der Stadt, an der Kirche. Achtung: Dadurch natürlich Autoverkehr am frühen morgen.
Das Personal oder auch die Besitzer sind sehr nett/freundlich gewesen und haben immer gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und man noch etwas tun kann.

Tout était parfait ! L’accueil était très familial, nous nous sommes senties comme à la maison. Francesca et le reste du personnel ont veillé à ce que nous ne manquions de rien durant notre séjour avec plein de petites attentions et de bons conseils de visite. Les petits déjeuners et le dîner étaient excellents ! Nous recommandons vivement l’Albergo Centrale et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Albergo Centrale is a great hotel! Francesca (the owner) is nothing less than amazing! She will help you in any question or problem you may have. The hotel is located in the center of Santo Stefano di Cadore, but when you shut the window you don’t hear any noise. There’s always a good smell in the hotel and the rooms. The breakfast was very good. Don’t bother to look for a restaurant for dinner – the hotel’s restaurant is your top choice. Francesca also advised us about attractions and trails in the area, and 100m from the hotel is the river along the forest which is beautiful to walk by.

It way such a great hotel! The lady was so kind, friendly and helpful... Our luggage was automaticaly carried up to the room and the room smelled like lavender - so nice! And the view was also amazing. The breakfast was also very good and at the checkout we got a present! I was really thrilled and I would definately come back.
