Pros:

Mici apartamente cu un dormitor și cu balcon. Confortabil. Curat. Simplu. Cu gust. Fără personal care să deranjeze. Liniște, cu mici excepții. Bucătăria utilată suficient dacă știi să te adaptezi. Aragazul este perfect, cuptorul electric la fel. Frigider cu congelator, mare, peste așteptări. Internet bun.
Gazda răspunde repede și a ajutat în orice problemă sau nelămurire.

Cons:

Locația nu e tot timpul liniștită. Un grup sau familie mare discutând pe casa scărilor și deranjând toți ceilalți ocupanți. Clădirea pensiunii a fost construită cu grijă (ici-colo a fost dat peste cap, de exemplu probleme minore de construcție la cabina de duș) dar izolația fonică între camere putea fi mai bună. În bucătărie strictul necesar - o cratiță de 2 litri ar fi fost foarte utilă. La parter nu se deschide, sau măcar să se rabateze, ușa spre balcon. Ceva care să se deschidă pentru aerisirea bucătăriei este necesar. Doar o hotă nu are cum să fie suficientă. Frigiderul bun, din păcate cred că modelul are probleme, pentru că partea de frigider pare slăbuță.

Supurb hotel!
Pros:

We went for 3 nights.
The location in brand new, quite neighbourhood- with new houses. Very near to Bucharest only 15 km. New building with spacious rooms. The apartment includes two bedrooms connected with an equipped kitchen. There is a microwave, washing machine, fridge, plates and cups, balcony with table and chairs. The bathroom is clean, with shower cabine. There is a vanity set, a lot of shower gel and soups. In some apartmanets there is and hairdryer. The host is a polite young girl who leaves in the pink house across the street. In the same house there is a small shop. My daughter has a birthday and they were so kind to order us cake in the latest hours of Friday.
There is no elevator. We researched one week for the hotel in the area of Bucharest. Take a notice that the most hotels in Romania have big rate but the most comments are very bad for the cleaning part. Panssion Guilia is clean and new. Thank you and good luck!
