Pros:

The space was good for a family and ut was clean. I also liked that there was a Kaufland 5 minutes walk.

Cons:

The fact that I had to pay extra for bedsheets. When I booked I only mentioned 2 adults and 1 child because I saw there was a sofa bed and I thougt that I wouldn't have to put them as well. The guy at the reception was kind and tried to help though.

I had privacy, very clean and great area for someone who walks a lot.
Pros:

The checking-in process went smooth and professional, short and clear,

Cons:

The shower cabin is leaking all over washroom unfortunately. The water was hot, pressure was great but it had that problem.
