Cons:

the hotel is ok if you are staying for a day. Staying with family, esp. parents is not convenient. the first floor is not ground floor so you need to climb stairs no matter whichever room is booked. The staff is very helpful but the owner takes no ownership directly. We didn't get room on time, cleanliness was an issue and the infrastructure is quite misleading.

Cons:

On reaching the Hotel location we were denied rooms booked stating reason as Water problem. And hence we had to hunt for other Hotels last minute which was so frustrating along with family

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

I paid the full amount as they asked me to do so but I didn't stay there, left immediately after seeing the hotel, horrible location, we were 3 females and the area was just not for us.

Pros:

The owner was excellent. he was coordinating all along until we reached the hotel. he was super helpful with guiding on the local visits as well. Would recommend the hotel for being in the heart of the city & for the wonderful service

Cons:

Rooms could have been bit more spacious. There was no car parking and driver stay. We had pay seperately for driver stay

Not value for money however considering Ujjain it was ok as main purpose is to visit place of worship.
Pros:

Staff is really helpful, could arrange everything you need.

Cons:

Location is not ideal as you can’t drive your car to the hotel. You need to park car at a multi level car park located around 400m away from hotel at your own expenses.
