Amazing hotel, very courteous staff
Pros:

We stayed during the off-season, which meant we were the only guests at the hotel.
Regardless of that, we were welcomed with open arms and incredible hospitality by the manager. He was always there to help us with anything we needed and very courteous. Even though we stayed only one night our stay was amazing and unforgettable.
The most unique quality of the hotel is definitely the view, it was amazing to wake up to.

Cons:

The road to the hotel is an unpaved dirt road, which is not really passable for regular vehicles, especially in bad weather.
However, the hotel will send someone to pick you up from the village, when you let them know you are there.

Breath taking unforgettable resort
Pros:

It was a breath taking experience in this hotel. Located on top of the high mountain with unbelievable views. It is away from village but a short drive. Place where you unite with nature and hotel host great hospitality made us feel at home.
It has A shape separated wooden houses with panoramic views of the mountains. Very clean and exotic style of the room. The host was going out of his way to make us feel welcomed and at home, which was very touching. Overall it was absolute bliss to find place like this to enjoy the nature, explore historic places around, experience the luxury.

Pros:

The view from Kayanberd Resort is spectacular, as you can see Alaverdi from above and the Debed Canyon.
Other than that, I suggest you to have a chat with Sasun, the owner, as he is a very kind and welcoming host.
Kayan Fortress is accessible from the resort, a beautiful Armenian gem.

Cons:

The road could be difficult if you try to reach the location at night.

Pros:

Un posto magnifico in mezzo alla natura (è un po' difficile arrivarci perché Google Maps ci abbandona a un certo punto 😂).
Però, quando arrivi alla struttura, pensi di aver scelto benissimo questo posto. Il bungalow è nuovo e ha un panorama spettacolare.
Ci ha fatto molto piacere trovare le bottiglie d'acqua gratuite e il caffè, tè istantaneo in stanza.
La cena era ottima, con tante verdure e una grigliata di carne, e il personale era adorabile.
La colazione era buona, con yogurt, marmellata di olive e uova di quaglia. Nessuno parlava inglese, ma tutti erano simpatici e cercavano di farci capire con gesti e traduttori.
Consiglio vivamente questo posto se andate a nord dell'Armenia

Cons:

Forse è meglio mettere qualche cartella in più per indicare la strada.

Pros:

Потрясающее расположение на краю утеса. Вид из номера с панорамным остеклением. Небольшая, но очень продуманная территория. Есть детская площадка, качели для взрослых, столики, чтобы попить чайку на природе. Кондиционер в номере и на обогрев и на охлаждение. Очень чисто в номере. Гостеприимный персонал.

Все понравилось.

L'accueil, l'originalité du logement, une vue à couper le souffle. Un endroit à ne pas manquer.
Le petit déjeuner et le repas du soir confectionné par la femme du propriétaire excellent!!

Cons:

La douche a l'italienne, il faut savoir comment s'y prendre pour ne pas mettre de l'eau partout.
Le chemin pour accéder en voiture est un peu difficile. Mais c'est l'aventure!

Pros:

Das Hotel ist unglaublich schön gelegen und bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick über das Tal des Debed sowie die Festung Kayanberd. Das Hotel ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen nach Haghpat und Sanahin. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig.

Cons:

Die Zufahrt zum Hotel ist mit einem normalen Auto stellenweise schwierig zu befahren. Dafür können die Hotelbetreiber natürlich nichts, ist aber vielleicht hilfreich bei der Mietwagenauswahl ;)

Location is amazing with great views. Lovely environment and great food. The owners do not speak much English, but Google translator and willingness help a lot. We enjoyed this place very much.

The way up there is not very clearly indicated and Google Maps brings you to the wrong place. Good to send the people the right location the day before to make it easier. We missed some fruit at the hotel, but enjoyed the typical
