Cons:

При заезде заселил в совершенно другой номер, я бронировал более дорогой и с балконом , в итоге получил небольшой номер с маленьким окном. На мои возражения, сказали что могут вернуть деньги, и это вечером в самый разгар сезона .

Non mi e piaciuto nulla io ho prenotato una stanza superiore un mese prima loro mi hanno dato una stanza piccola senza dirmelo dove mi hanno detto e tutto riservato ma io avevo prenotato da un mese con booking e loro mi hanno detto cai un altro hotel sono stati molto irisoettosi non ritorno piu

La chambre 111 ne correspondait absolument pas à notre réservation ! Chambre plus petite, très bruyante et d'un niveau inférieur porte d'entrée fendue laissant passer la lumière

The staff was pleasant, rooms were clean

Cons:

They gave us three rooms that were the most far and old and they were raw with bad air. The water in the shower was only cold. The location was bad because there was a traffic in the road where the hotel was and it was almost impossible to go anywhere from there

Excelente estadía
Pros:

Las habitaciones eran amplias y cómodas, el banco era grande. Estaba muy cerca de la playa y cerca del centro caminando. La pileta estaba hermosa y el personal era amable

Wonderful location for a base camp not to spend lots of time in
Pros:

Wonderful location in Patong, staff were all very attentive and friendly, room had all your basic amenity needs. Air conditioner and wifi worked extremely well.

Cons:

Unfortunately I did get sick and spent more time in the hotel room than I would like. As a result of this I did find it slightly uncomfortable and un-ergonomic. The food/room service was also not of the greatest quality.

L’emplacement était très bien.

Cons:

Malheureusement notre chambre sentait fortement la cigarette, malgré plusieurs relances auprès du personnel l’odeur était persistante. De plus, les commodités sont vieillissante, une petite mise à jour serait nécessaire. Le personnel de l’hôtel était absent, nous avons souvent attendu à la réception pour poser nos questions.
