Short break in Wellington.
Pros:

Very central location, handy to supermarket and restaurants. Minimal traffic noise.

Cons:

Some of the crockery and glasses appeared to be missing.. However, it was not a problem for us.

Great location and affordable.
Pros:

It had the best ever shower (in the world). Spacious and well appointed kitchenette, comfortable bed.

It is aging and it shows but still OK.

Great room in beautiful art deco downtown building.
Pros:

Large stylish studio with kitchenette and fridge in a beautiful old art deco building which has been well maintained. . Good bed. Large bathroom with washing machine and dryer - both working well. Good hot water. Plenty of windows that opened. Great access to the city.

Cons:

A bit of noise early in the morning because of the location, but a minor convenience.

Reception ladies were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

My room was partially cleaned on the prescribed day. Kitchen wiped down, restocked and towels were put on the basin.
The bed was not made nor was the bathroom cleaned.
The wifi was also not great.

Interesting venue but does need some upgrading. Aircon should be available .
Pros:

Reception staff were very helpful. Wonderful old building which has been repurposed.
Availability of laundry facilities in room.

Cons:

The first room we were given n 5th floor-Bedroom window was broken and sealed by paint and faced onto an enclosed space. Room was very warm and gloomy. Told receptionist we were not happy so she very kindly moved us to a room on second floor and gave us a fan. Limited choices on tv.
Only one wineglass. Tiny capsules of milk. One Sachet of washing up liquid and one of dishwasher powder. Only one packet of biscuits for two of us .
