Older style comfortable apartment, great location.
Pros:

Great location for shopping. Easy walking to restaurants and the water front. Parking facility.
Well equipped spacious apartment. Good value.

Cons:

Very jaded old style furniture.

Average, good for price but some basics overlooked. Staff very friendly
Pros:

Great location, plenty of space in apartment and very comfortable

Cons:

The apartment was missing basics like a coffee plunger which we had to get from reception. The tv was terrible and we couldn’t even locate a remote we gave up on trying to use it

Great location!
Pros:

The location was great and it was a large room.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning. The housekeeping didn’t make the bed or put dishes away just replaced the towels which is fine but not what housekeeping normally do.

Old fashioned out of date hotel
Pros:

We stayed previously at Quest Thornden and this Quest was of a much lower standard but similar price

Lovely art deco building and central location

Cons:

Needs a redecoration as bits are worn out. I was in room 4A, there was a leaking gutter outside the bedroom window which kept me awake.

Cons:

We were booked for 2 nights but staff had us down for 1 nights. So had to mention needed car parking for 2 nights. Cleaner came in to clean after 1 night. Staff member escorted guest and let him into our room thinking we were there for one night. Assisted elderly guest on phone for check in after 5. You really need reception to be open until 8 pm

Pros:

Great location and lovely room.

Cons:

Room hadn't been fully furnished - no wardrobe or bedside lights. Didn't matter at all for the two nights we were there but could have been a pain if we had been staying longer.

Was a really good experience and would probably stay again
Pros:

Loved the location, the size of the apartment and the communication and customer interaction with the staff. Loved the pillows too! Great water pressure and the hot water was amazing.

Cons:

Apartment could do with a bit of a spruce up - paint, new carpets etc. Also bathroom was very tired and old fashioned. Shower over bath was ok but the bath was far too high to safely climb in, especially for those less mobile.

Everything is great about Quest Wellington, you just need to renovate and upgrade.

The bathroom needs a total renovation. The basin wasn't just cracked but was a deep unhygienic crevice.
The shower tiles need major maintenance.
