Pros:

The hotel has a great art deco vibe with a lot of details from the original building. The bed was very comfortable, great little kitchenette, and big bathroom with a washer/dryer.

Cons:

A lot of noise from drunk people on the streets outside if we had the windows open.

Perfect for what we needed for our weekend in Wellington.
Pros:

The room had a fabulous lounge area which was great for multiple families on holiday to hang out. Two toilets !!!! A washing machine and dryer !!! Amazing for families.

Cons:

The pedestrian crossing went off for 30 seconds every 4 minutes …. Surely the council could turn these off at midnight till 7am.

Home spot in Wellington
Pros:

Nice accommodations and very easy access to several bus lines. Walkable to museums and popular spots. Apartment style with kitchenette.

Cons:

Unlike a hotel, if you arrive off hours you are stuck waiting outside (esp for early morning arrival).

Wouldn't stay anyhow nger than a night, rather pay the extra and have a well looked after hotel.
Pros:

Location, and the bonus of having washing machine in room, good size room and bathroom

Cons:

First impressions of the carpet was when the lift doors open, looked stained and dirty, didn't improve when I got to my room.

Disappointing - next time upgraded rooms.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty hot water in bathroom and kitchen. The staff friendly.

Cons:

The apartments are in the process of refurnishing. The first problem was no heating in any area. Not in sitting room or bathroom. We finally got 2 small heaters. The furniture was needing replaced. Next problem tv did not work. The apartment should not have been allocated to guests.

Pleasant short stay in comfortable accomodation
Pros:

Nice comfortable clean apartment with all facilities including washer dryer and dishwasher

Cons:

Would like to see a better array of tv channels such as Sky . Like many other inner city apartments traffic noise was noticeable but not a major issue
