Pros:

Location is perfect wonderful staff, clean and tidy

Great option for short stay. Carparking was expensive and a short walk away from the hotel

The hotel is rather dated and only had two small oil type heaters to warm the place.

It was okay but a few things were disappointing, don't think we will stay there again.

Delay in checking in (2+ hours), laundry and rubbish left in elevator, mess on table in landing outside elevators.

Very Dated, Noisy and Dirty. But great Location, amazing staff!!
Pros:

Staff were amazing, but lucky I arrived right on 5pm I would have never known how to get in was not told the doors were closed/locked at the time.

Location was great....price was great!

Cons:

Very noisy!!! I actually heard no street noise considering right in the centre BUT other people closing their main doors - was so loud, even shook the room. We were near the emergency stair well and when it rained (which it did nearly all of our stay.) we were heard running water constantly. Could hear the lifts, shower was insanely loud, extractor fan in kitchen was like a space ship taking off. Fridge was even loud.

Dirty!!! our Shower was dirty, even had a left over razor in it. The stove was covered in grease and then I made the mistake of looking up at the extractor fan!!! Oh god it was bad!. frying pan that was put away was not washed.

Pros:

Emplacement.
Amabilité du personnel qui a rapidement réglé un bug de réservation: nous avions réservé pour 3 personnes et avons découvert une chambre double à l'arrivée (check in auto, reception fermée). Via l'assistance tél, la responsable s'est présentée rapidement et nous a donné une suite de 4 personnes.

Cons:

Pas de bon chauffage, comme ça semble le cas à peu près partout en Nouvelle-Zélande.

Served its purpose but quite pricey for what it was.
Pros:

Location and good living space in apartment.

Cons:

One of our rooms wasn’t ready until after 3pm (check in was 2pm) which wasn’t convenient as we were leaving for a function at 3pm and reception closed at 5pm. Net curtains were ripped and should have been replaced. Tiles cracked in bathroom. Windows dirty. Rest of room was tired but functional. Great location though and very spacious 2 bedrooms.

We enjoyed our stay at the Quest Wellington, and would recommend as a central location in a character building, with spa

The bathroom in our suite had double doors with a crack down the middle making it less private when using it.

Great for central location.
Pros:

Fantastic shower pressure, great location, easy access.

Cons:

TV didn’t work second night we were there. Also lots of banging kept waking us all up - think it was the elevator.

Pros:

J'ai passée huit nuits dans le logement.
Le logement est propre et confortable, le lit est confortable, la cuisine est un peu petite mais fonctionnel, la salle de bain est grande avec la machine a laver et le sèche linge fonctionnel et pratique.
Le personnelle est très agréable et à l'écoute de chaque demande
La localisation est parfaite en centre ville, proche des commerces, des supermarchés.
Je le recommande et j'y reviendrais. ;)

Cons:

La cuisine est un peu petite, manque de place pour faire à manger.

Mainly location and providing access to a parking location.

Cons:

Hard to get to when arriving, busy area, lack of parking, this is prior to being directed to parking building which is quite dear @ $39 per day.

Pros:

Massive room, good kitchen, had all the facilities we needed. And right in the middle of town.

Cons:

My only problem was that the room heater struggles against the cold of winter. The electric blankets were great but the room struggled to stay warm.
