Swapping the rooms
Pros:

The place is beautiful,

Cons:

I really got very very angry, we the fact that I booked early on time, and chose the room i wanted, I booked the family room with bath inside the room, I did make the staff aware that, I gonna come and check k in late. When I get to there, I was told that they have given my room to someone else, and they gonna check me in to a room with bathroom across the hallway. And it was in the middle of the night, I didn't even alternatives, it was extremely silly, and disrespectful to swap the rooms

Good value for money but not to the best of my liking can be impoved to cater for all business types.

we enjoyed staying there.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and dinning place is not far from the rooms.

Cons:

the challenge was that there was no bar fridge and it was very hot, we couldn't keep cold water and cool drinks.

Incredible time, felt like home with such caring and kind people.
Pros:

I was extremely impressed with the staff and the hospitality that they showed me. They made me feel so welcome and comfortable, it felt like home away from home. If I need to go back to Jhb, I'll definitely go back there. Figile, Sanele and Patience were incredible. They were so caring and compassionate towards me. Thank you guys. Keep up the excellent service. 🥰

Cons:

May a small bar fridge and small microwave in the room would have been an advantage.
