Incredible time, felt like home with such caring and kind people.
Pros:

I was extremely impressed with the staff and the hospitality that they showed me. They made me feel so welcome and comfortable, it felt like home away from home. If I need to go back to Jhb, I'll definitely go back there. Figile, Sanele and Patience were incredible. They were so caring and compassionate towards me. Thank you guys. Keep up the excellent service. 🥰

Cons:

May a small bar fridge and small microwave in the room would have been an advantage.

🫣the noise from other rooms. If maybe rooms can be proofing to prevent noise from going out easily. And please supply rooms with shower caps if possible

The place is neat but need more TV stations, need enough Sugar in a container.
Pros:

We have different reasons for traveling but at no time can someone says he or she doesn't want to watch news.
For that reason Ecotel have to install TV with dish capacity so that we can watch just SABC 1,2,3 not only E tv

Cons:

It doesn't make sense for a customer to like me to suffer by getting a common SUGAR. Such a product must NOT be restricted to extend that I have to buy my own sugar I was abandoned just because I was asking for sugar to drink Tea.

Cons:

A supervisor came early in the morning while we were sleeping,asking us how we are in the room because it doesn't appear in the computer that the room is booked . Really, we didn't understand why this supervisor asked us instead of asking the receptionist. We didn't sleep well because of her . She keeps knocking, making sure we open for her until we open the door for her.
