Pros:

Certain services were prompt at least.

Cons:

The services didn't start before 8:30 am. We needed to catch our train from Chandigarh at a particular time, so we had to leave by 7:30 am in the morning but no staff were available at that time. We had to carry our baggage on our own over a steep slope, which was not mentioned before. Our car got stuck on the slope, which was the only route from the resort to the main road. I called the resort for help, but no one was ready to wake up during such an EMERGENCY. Later, a resort representative arrived but was of no help. It was the local drivers who helped us. About the toilet, after each flush, some kind of yellow water flowed back into the loo, and the toilet/bathroom did not have any ventilation.

Best place!
Pros:

Best place to stay in Choj/Kasol. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff and owners are super friendly and helpful. They make you feel right at home. Food is also so good. We had a great stay, and would definitely come again.

A fabulously chilled establishment on the edge of the village. I cannot rate this place high enough as i loved staying here. It was great value for money, the food was divine and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Robyn who helped with many issues always with the most endearing smile on his face. 😁
