Superb Hotel
Pros:

We have just experienced a wonderful 4 night stay at the hotel. It is in a wonderful location with great facilities for ramblers and tourists a like. The food and accommodation facilities were excellent and superb value for money. The staff were also outstanding in their service and care. We are planning our next visit as soon as possible and have found a true gem of a place. Well done to all

Another visit to the Patterdale for us

Yet another stay at the Patterdale for us and it is still fantastic! The staff are amazing and the meals absolutely spot on.

Great Lunch deals
Pros:

We stopped by the hotel lounge bar a couple of times while exploring the area, and I have to say, it’s quite a nice spot.
It might not have that modern vibe, but there’s something really cozy about it that makes you feel right at home.

They offer some great lunch deals ( we opted for their soup and sandwich), that won’t break the bank, which is a huge plus when you’re out and about.
It's popular with walkers, which makes sense because it’s a perfect spot to take a break after a long hike, plus, the outdoor seating area at the front is a lovely spot to enjoy a meal or a drink on a nice day.

Overall, if you’re looking for a laid-back place to relax and grab a bite, I’d definitely recommend checking this place out. It’s friendly, affordable, and just feels welcoming!

Another fabulous stay
Pros:

Stayed again at this lovely hotel. I think we have been there 53 times! Can't beat it. We met my mum and dad there, mum is in a wheelchair and the staff are so helpful all of the time. Food amazing, 3 course dinner, menu changes daily, room clean. What more could you want.

Working in the area, so needed accommodation for a night. This place had dinner, bed and breakfast at a very reasonable
Pros:

Location is excellent. Rooms basic but had everything I needed. They were clean which is what matters.

It was ok for what we needed.
Pros:

Close to where we wanted to be. Breakfast was good for a day on the mountain.

Cons:

Mattress needs changing. Door wasn’t very secure, you had to put the key in it to pull it close on the way out.
I emailed about some property I left in the room and still no response, 3 days now.
