Schönes Hotel im Vorort von Montevideo.

Das hier soll ein konstruktiver Erfahrungsbericht sein.
Leider hat sich unser neunmonatiger Sohn an einer Bodenlampe eine Verbrennung zweiten Grades zugezogen. Fast jede Lampe im Loungebereich ist eine Halogen gewesen, Diese und zwei Weitere waren aber noch Glühbirnen.
Das Personal war sehr nett und wollte uns bei der Versorgung unterstützen.
Laut Aussage des Hotels wurde die Lampe auch ausgetauscht.

Etwas Flexibilität des Barpersonals wäre wünschenswert. Es gab erfreulicherweise ein Willkommensgetränk für uns. Eine alkoholfreie Version, auch Wasser war auf Nachfrage nicht möglich.

Die Kommunikation per booking.com App ist auch optimierungsfähig.

Wir haben dennoch 9 Sterne hinterlassen, da es wirklich eine schöne Unterkunft ist.

Leuke locatie bij het strand en ruime kamer

Cons:

Kamer was nog niet klaar toen ik officieel al mocht inchecken, dus het schoonmaken leek gehaast. Er zat bijvoorbeeld nog stof op sommige plekken.
