Good location, clean room, but lacking in privacy and comfort
Pros:

The property is in a good location, within walking distance of attractions like the Guinness Storehouse and The Brazen Head pub. The room was clean and modern, including the bathroom. It was easy to check in.

Cons:

The hotel really is just a place to sleep. The facilities are very minimal - no kettle in the room, had to visit Reception to borrow a hairdryer, only one pillow on the beds, etc. The bathroom is also not ideal for privacy if you're sharing a room, since it only has a hinged panel of frosted glass rather than a proper door with a lock.

Comfortable.place with professional staff
Pros:

I booked this hotel after I had a flight cancellation. I got there very tired and met a very friendly and professional front desk staff called Gustavo. He attended to me promptly, helped with my luggage and was bery courteous. The hotel itself was crisp clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing much that I can say about this as I was only there for about 3 hours overnight.

Pros:

La amabilidad desde el primer momento fue maravillosa, la chica de recepción intentaba hablar español para que entendiensemos mejor todo. La habitación es pequeña, pero como todos los de la cadena, pero en concreto es más grande que en otros easy que he estado. El baño amplio y las camas separadas pero muy cómodas. Hay también percheros y mesitas de noche.
La ubicación es genial está a 2/3 minutos andando de una calle donde paran muchas líneas de autobuses.

Affordable and good location. Close to hueston train sation and right on the luas line.

Cons:

Maybe a bit small but for a one night stay it was perfect for what we needed it for. Also some water in the vending machine downstairs would have been great.
